Hi, I think my watch (samsung active 2) did an update
So right now, on my phone, the Samsung Health app shows the ECG and BP tab (where it shouldnt before) But it is no longer tracking. Stopped on the 11/1/22. the Sleep, heart rate and others are functioning as normal i believe.
Your modded SHM app on my phone shows the BP and ECG as always, but it cannot sync to watch anymore. error " Unable to snyc data. Watch disconnected" even though its connected/ paired.
Please help. Is there a newer version of your mod? Im trying to sync watch to phone without losing any data. Thank you

For Tizen, it always show BP and ECG tiles in Samsung Health, in fact, BP has been there since the start of Samsung Health, the ECG tilebis visible only when you have Samsung Health Monitor (original or mod), has no role in sync...
Give your watch and phone a reboot, something seems stuck and interfering with the BP sync process, verify set features are correct...
Latest update for phone is 181, watch is 49 but I'd say you have newer because Samsung stopped rolling out updates in the store, make sure the original SHM on your watch is hidden
Downloaded, installed, ran all. No errors, app get's installed on phone and watch (Samsung Watch 3). So far so good. But when I press the "BloodPressure"-button or "ECG"-button, they both give a message "If you want to use this functions, install Samsung Health Monitor on your phone". Beneath this message, there is a download-button, but pressing this button only brings me to the galaxy-store, the Samsung Health Monitor page, but sure enough I can't download it (because it's not a Samsung).

Thanks Dante63. Followed the whole Tizen Studio procedure worked like a charm.
I was thoroughly cheesed off when I bought this watch 18 months ago that Samsung NZ are too lazy (or too greedy) to bother to approve the ECG. As a result I did NOT discover that I had AFIB with my watch but instead using my fingers after a crazy BP reading. Im hoping a procedure I am having will deal to the AFIB for a while but its critical than I know if I drop back into it.

Install the phone mod and run it in parallel with the watch mod... many have encountered this, the answer is the same and should be listed on main page and maybe F.A.Q, I don't recall, I will have a look later and mention if it's not there to prevent redundant posts

sorry, don't know what you mean by this ?? Do I install the APK (generated with EaysApk) on the phone, while simulteanously installing by Fit2Installer? And with phone mod and watch mod, you mean which files ?
I mean you run the shm mod on both, watch and phone so they can see each other...

Reinstalled (watch through TizenStudio, phone with APK), same result. Installed files are modded files (see image 3 and 4). First Image shows buttons (text is in Dutch, am situated in Holland), second image shows screen after pressing button (Bloodpressure or ECG, same result "If you want to active this functions, install Samsung Health Monitor on your phone"). But modded APK is installed on phone, see image 4.

2I just want o give you guys a quick peak at what I am doing for the mod...
First thing is that on Telegram some people pointed out that the logo is a bit high, and I pushed it down:

And finally, I am working on automating the Samsung Health BP sync by adding a button that would create the SamsungHealth folder with FeatureManagerOn for you in the download folder...
As well I am working on making a check for mod updates...

Tizen watch accepts 2 sideloads, Samsung signed apps and self-signed apps that contain watch DUID, anything else the watch will reject it...1
Shouldn't be a problem, just use the official installer with stock shm on your phone, your phone will push it to your watch and install it...1
No no, for the tizen watch, there is official watch shm and mod shm, you install the mod when you can't install the official or the official has missing features (no BP) -

~~~ ENABLING BP SYNC BETWEEN SHM & SH ~~~
IMPORTANT NOTE: Updating Samsung Health may reset "set features" back to original values and this disables the sync, change them again to enable the sync and check the permissions of SHM MOD, it should be enabled as well...
The steps are easy to follow, first, let's enable the set features on Samsung Health,
1. Download from my Google Drive "SamsungHealth.zip" on your phone from inside the folder "Enable BP Sync"...
2. Extract it inside the Download folder on your phone internal Storage...
3. Check the extracted Folder and its contents on your phone, the path should look like "/Internal Storage/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"
or "/storage/emulated/0/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"...
4. Never delete this folder...
5. Force stop Samsung Health, then open it, go to settings, then scroll down to about Samsung Health, now tap on the version till set features is enabled...
to enable the developer mode on Samsung Health:
Instructions in words, you will open Samsung health and go to settings then about, tap on the version till features and developers are visible. You will go inside the features and expand the "Health Analytics" set it to "DEV", then expand "DataPlatform" and turn On the "Developer Mode", when you hit back, Samsung Health will ask you to force stop the application and take you to the app info screen, you will force stop and clear the cache, this will allow Samsung Health to reinitiate a connection without security checks for SHM to sync BP with it...
On SHM MOD, open the side menu -> Data -> Data Permissions and tap on Samsung Health, Make sure permissions are enabled so it would start syncing...!~~~ Special Thanks ~~~~~~ ABOUT THE ORIGINAL SHM ~~~According to Samsung, The Samsung Health Monitor app requires a Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 and later models, alongside having Android version 7.0 and above...
SHM has device detection, country restriction and spoof location detection, the following countries were listed in the country restriction checking, I believe if you live in those countries, SHM should Work, otherwise, it wouldn't, SHM checks your GeoLocation, Sim Card, and Device CSC (if no sim or location provided)
