Looks like the trio (dust or dirt or oil) trapped and interfering with the readings, turn off the watch, wash it under warm water, gently push the top button (that's ecg probe) after that dry it with tissue and leave it to dry even more on its own, once you feel it's dry, power it on and take another measurement and you'll see things seem normal, the probe is very sensitive...

Just missing the SPo2 widget and App but I think that's an Africa region issue.
Hi, I'm a watch 4 classic user in Taiwan, we can use SpO2, but cannot use body composition. SpO2 and BIA is samsung health's feature so maybe there's some connection between hack these two. I can provide the apk pull from watch, but that apk cannot even install back to my watch(even remove the old one). I think these country only modded the installed samsung health app without the whole system, so the orginal apk in watch cannot be installed(the way I pull is find the apk path, maybe is not the right way). In these case, maybe pull out the apk is useless(which is original ver.).
Did someone test about pull out apk and install it? If it works in countries that don't limit these two feature, then what I guess is right.

Dear @Dante63, thank you very much for your work. Really happy if I would use the BP and ECG on my Watch4 and my phone (Samsung Note 10+ non-rooted).
Following your instructions, I have installed SHM on my watch as well as on my phone. Now I cannot get them to work. The SHM app won’t pair with the watch. From my watch when I click “open the phone app”, the phone SHM app opens but it says “cannot connect with your watch”. On my phone if I open SHM app, it shows “no compatible watch found”.
Besides, SS Wearable or SS Health work properly with my watch. Maybe the SHM Mod still not supported for my country yet? I am from Vietnam. Could you please help me out? Thank you.

That's what I was thinking, each region has a different app version and you can't sideload from a different watch,but hopefully when I have my watch, I will be able to do more investigation and fix it

...Could you consider removing the original SHM from your watch?
I have some doubts that both SHMs are working...

Thank you for your response. I've installed the Mod SHM versions from your drive (icon with W letter in phone, icon with M in watch), and never download the original one yet.
It seems that my watch can call out phone SHM app. But the phone SHM cannot pair with watch for some reasons. The watch still works normally with SH and S. Wearable though.
I have re-installed those apps several times. Any idea?

Do you face Bluetooth problems with other things or only with SHM MOD? Perhaps, resetting the watch would work
, the MOD is independent from everything, so it should work and they both should be able to see and interact with each other...Try resetting the watch, test the Bluetooth connectivity and stability, then install the MOD, if it's still behaves abnormally, pass me a logcat and I'll read it and see what is interfering or happening...
I'd appreciate if you could even provide me a recorded video or the behavior so I could try to recreate the scenario or at least know what exactly to look for in the logs...
Dear @Dante63. Thank you for the SHM MOD. I'm an Indonesian Galaxy Watch wearer paired with a Samsung Galaxy S6. The application runs normally either on the phone or on the watch. But there is something strange when calibrating. My calibration numbers, using an Omron blood pressure meter, are in the range of 115 to 118 for systolic and 77 to 80 for diastolic. Of course each calibration numbers are entered into the phone according to the calibration instructions. After completion of calibration (five times or more calibration process), then I try to take measurements using the watch. The results are much different from the calibration results. Numbers measured from the watch ranged from 121 to 127 systolic and 85 to 91 diastolic. The clock measurement results do not seem to reflect the results of the calibration. From five times of calibration, the results of calibration using the tension meter are always below the number 120/80. But the measurement results from the Galaxy Watch are always above 120/80 to 127/90.
Does this SHM MOD affect the calibration results. Or maybe the calibration results are not stored on the Galaxy Watch so the difference in numbers is too big between the tension meter measurement (Omron) and the Galaxy Watch measurement results?. Please pay attention to this SHM MOD calibration. Thank you. Sorry for my inaccurate language because English is not our native language.

The MOD has nothing to do with calibration, and it's normal to have BP readings inaccurate, I keep telling everyone to use the BP cuff side by side with the watch till readings adjust and become somewhat more accurate...
Still not yet and no, the mod itself has no sync to SH...Hi Dante, get your watch yet? Quick question , do areas that have BP and ECG without any mod have sync to SH? Or is it a problem with moded only?

Yesterday I tried re-installing and running the apps many times with no hope. Finally, my watch was out of battery. After full charging I turned off the Bluetooth and Wifi in both my watch and my phone, then went to sleep. At the morning I turned on the bluetooth without testing the apps again. Now I’ve just touched the SHM in my watch, it called out the SHM in my phone. With my surprise, they worked like a charm. The phone SHM now has paired with my watch. I just calibrated the BP measuring, and the ECG feature worked well too.

In the future, I will definitely recommend people to reboot the watch, seems like Bluetooth was busy doing something on the watch and kept disconnecting

Your fight is with google lol, the lack of Google services (since many apps contain google services) holds you back, if I can have logs, I may be able to kill Google Services from SHM and allow you to pass through after profile edit... logcat reader from playstore is good enough, make sure after installing it to follow the adb request for non-root or give it root access so it can generate logs, after that, start recording the log, open SHM and create the profile, once it reaches to the stuck on loading screen after profile completion, stop the logcat and send me the txt file here

Since OS remove unused permissions from time to time, this causes stock SHM to crash on start, and I have seen this a lot...

- in the current 1.2.5.002 Patch #2, if you use ECG Tile or BP Tile, even after reboot, the service does not start, I missed this part, I should add the same logic of checking and starting service from the main activity into the Tile Activity, So I will make sure in 1.2.6.002, IHRN service is handled correctly in all cases...

It is his phone. He is using Samsung Dex to connect his phone to PC/monitor etc... You need to install the Companion on phone and watch. You don't need a PC.
Samsung Dex is a feature in some high-end Samsung devices where you can enjoy desktop experience of your phone.2
1. You can decompile stock and mod and compare them, I always provide both apks in my Google Drive...
2. I see no advantage for me to post it other than needing to update it alongside posting on github, and I'd rather focus on patching, moding and making playstore apps and watchfaces, alongside responding to comments and messages, after all, my free time isn't that big but trying my best to be around and productive...
3. Github is confusing a bit, and whenever I understood how it works, give me few days and I would have already forgotten how to use it...

But find your watch release date, and find the app versions released the same as your watch or a bit later, if you go older, it will not support your device!
