Thank You for this. Using WiFi ADB via PC I found to be easier if you aren't familiar with ADB android apps. In all reality this install from beginning to end takes like 2 minutes. It's the reading, double checking, opening windows, etc for the first time that takes up some of the time making it look complicated. This is an easy process. Development [RESTRICTIONS-REMOVED] Samsung Health Monitor - WearOS - 1.1.1.191 - Root, Age, Country & Device Restriction Removed - 4th May 2022
The command is written in the instructions on the thread and in the Google drive adb manual folder and there is an option in adb auto... but keep in mind, just because you have a samsung phone, doesn't mean you won't bump into restrictions such as region lock, age restrictions of 22 and above and enforced lockscreen requirement...
Here is a quick summary about version 181 for phone:

- ECG PDF files have been compressed by removing revision history on the PDF file, changed some pictures and some are compressed (but this only dropped few KBs)
- Added CSC restriction error message
- Added Bluetooth control settings (Haven't seen it yet, just seen the code)
- Added ECG wrong wrist warning
- Added ECG wrong orientation warning messages
- ECG Download data should tell what watch was used in the measurement (I didn't see anything about BP)
- Overall BP and ECG optimized
- Restrictions code is heavily modified, I'll need to revise the changes and make sure what they added does not break the MOD
- They patched few things that I just observed where errors were unhandled (method try catch exception, the exception wasn't handled, SHM would crash without showing any message or reason)
- Separated messages of Tizen Watches from WearOS Watches (example: instead of saying top button, they said home button, lol)

Perfect. I installed the SHM mod yesterday, working like a charm.
Someone know why my watch4 is not notification the same notifications i receive on my phone? Is there a fix or anything for that?

is there a modified version of samsung health i need to install? I installed the normal one from the play store.
Now, when opening it, i need to login or register. when i click on login, it tries to proceed in the browser, but i get a website based error message to use samsung internet. i downloaded this, set it to default, but when i click "login" in the samsung health app again, it opens in an in-app based version of chrome. when i click "open in samsung internet", it just opens the error message website. so this in-app browser in the middle is making it impossible to proceed. any help?
Edit: i was using chrome beta, after installing the normal chrome version and uninstalling the beta one, everything went fine.

Either way, I updated F.A.Q because your question was asked before, so in case anyone else say the search function of XDA is confusing, F.A.Q now has the question, point 9, there is no Samsung health mod and there won't be as well for Samsung health is a core application...
I'm just trying to minimize the amount of redundant questions...

But somehow the "Set Features" button does not appear above the "Developer Mode" section. (don't forget to "stop" Samsung Health first)

There is already a thread about it, not a mod though, just a sideload with few steps to enable it but won't be 100% functional, that we have to wait for the new OS update of the watchThank you! Didn't know I had to choose which apps to notify.

2. Install the watch4 mod and it will work, aside the video Tutorial, the thread has many points to read before posting + F.A.Q which also contains answers to your questions, as for the set features, the same thing I can say, on the thread I have written the full path and you should compare that path with what you have and do the required changes then force stop and clear cache of Samsung health...

Irrelevant, sync with Samsung Health works fine, if you got error message on SHM MOD when syncing, it means some services are interfering with the sync, if you'd try after few minutes, it would work, alternatively, restart your watch and phone...

Well, let me address your comment first:
1. your other "source" seems to have stock shm, so it will have all restrictions on it from device to region...
2. Watch 175 is very old version, so again, wherever you grabbed it from is outdated...
3. You can't use stock shm with shm mod, you'll need the mod on your phone and on your watch (phone mod + watch mod, don't mix between them, they're 2 separate files)...
Now that has been done, i advise you to leave the other sources and use the original source here on my thread
It saddens me that some people still grab files and self host them without evee updating them, aside from (unfortunately) they don't reference me or the XDA thread for people to come here...
In the end, it's always better and safer to grab the files from the main source than others...
No offense that is, if you still want to go other sources, suit yourself, but please do note 2 things, I'm not responsible if the mod was tampered with and I kindly ask you to post on wherever you got your files from, because it's the responsibility of the person who hosted my files to answer...3Thanks for all your work on this @Dante63 you are a champion of the people!

I believe the folders describe themselves, the APK at the root is to be installed on your phone, the file at the root of folder "ADB Watch4" is to be installed on the Watch4, you have instructions for ADB in different Languages and you have the Original SHM for the watch4 and there will be a history of the Watch4 SHM MOD...

IMPORTANT NOTE: Updating Samsung Health may reset "set features" back to original values and this disables the sync, change them again to enable the sync and check the permissions of SHM MOD, it should be enabled as well...
The steps are easy to follow, first, let's enable the set features on Samsung Health,
1. Download from my Google Drive "SamsungHealth.zip" on your phone from inside the folder "Enable BP Sync"...
2. Extract it inside the Download folder on your phone internal Storage...
3. Check the extracted Folder and its contents on your phone, the path should look like "/Internal Storage/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"
or "/storage/emulated/0/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"...
4. Never delete this folder...
5. Force stop Samsung Health, then open it, go to settings, then scroll down to about Samsung Health, now tap on the version till set features is enabled...
to enable the developer mode on Samsung Health:
Instructions in words, you will open Samsung health and go to settings then about, tap on the version till features and developers are visible. You will go inside the features and expand the "Health Analytics" set it to "DEV", then expand "DataPlatform" and turn On the "Developer Mode", when you hit back, Samsung Health will ask you to force stop the application and take you to the app info screen, you will force stop and clear the cache, this will allow Samsung Health to reinitiate a connection without security checks for SHM to sync BP with it...
On SHM MOD, open the side menu -> Data -> Data Permissions and tap on Samsung Health, Make sure permissions are enabled so it would start syncing...!
~~~ ABOUT THE ORIGINAL SHM ~~~According to Samsung, The Samsung Health Monitor app requires a Galaxy Watch Active2 or Galaxy Watch3 and later models, alongside having Android version 7.0 and above...
SHM has device detection, country restriction and spoof location detection, the following countries were listed in the country restriction checking, I believe if you live in those countries, SHM should Work, otherwise, it wouldn't, SHM checks your GeoLocation, Sim Card, and Device CSC (if no sim or location provided)

--- 26th Aug 2021 - Patched the watch4 SHM MOD, I never thought it would have restrictions, oh well, patch include (country restrictions removed, BP disable removed, force update removed and Age changed from 22 to 16), simply install and it will update, no need to uninstall the previous MOD... Oh and Canada does not have SHM on the watch, probably some countries won't have it too, I updated the thread to include a section for "Missing Original SHM" and I updated the ADB instructions and I removed port since ADB connects to defalt by itself, you just need the IP of the watch...
--- 25th Aug 2021 - Another patch I have done on 153, since the link between Samsung Health and SHM is broken, I decided to remove the pop-up dialog that asks to sync, it's confusing some people... Also, after some tests done by a telegram member, it is possible to disable and hide the Original SHM on the Watch by doing Connection the watch to ADB and going into adb shell and typingpm disable-user --user 0 com.samsung.android.shealthmonitorand exiting the shell and disconnecting... instructions updated...
--- 23rd Aug 2021 - patched SHM 153, added a WearOS logo to the phone app and changed app version label included wearos, this is just to ensure that you don't use WearOS SHM with Watch3 or Active2 because it's not compatible, patched Watch4 MOD 169 to have a ring on the widget to make it more friendly to the eye (there is a bug in galaxy wearable if you add tiles, you will see the widgets not displaying correctly, so set it from the watch if you can't tell which is the original and which is the MOD and organize it on the phone later if you want), I also patched SHM 153 for Watch4 in way that it can work with SHM 153 for Tizen, users that have both watches connected to the same phone can enjoy using both SHMs and finally, on my google drive, I decided to add "Phone.WearOS." at the beginning of every phone application, this will help users that have both Tizen and WearOs watches in knowing what each apk is for...
I added a section of watch4 pairing with Huawei issues and possible fix, it's done by reddit user, with small collab with me..

- If all goes well, it goes public and I start working on Darkmode and it goes into beta test...
