Not sure what you mean because installation was successful according to the screenshots...
Maybe you skipped the note on thread saying restart phone and watch after installation if the app on phone shows no watch supported and the watch shm mod can open the phone shm mod app...

having trouble getting my watch 5 pro to pair with my vivo x fold china model i currently cant get past the initial setup point to enable any of the debugging options and such as the watch gives the phone not supported error during initial setup, any help would be greatly appreciated thanks
As I recall, when I was in a Chinese community before getting a ban (probably the name "XDADante")...
They would install WearOS by google, then pair with galaxy wearable (as my memory recalls)...
If that didn't help, then install coolapk and search the community there...

Tried the latest beta release, works perfect on Huawei P30 Pro with Galaxy Watch 4 Classic.
Just follow the exact steps from the SHM MOD Companion app, and the order then restart your phone and watch.

I used the beta companion app to sideload the latest SHM Mod to my Galaxy watch 5. I then installed the phone SHM Mod app to my Galaxy S10 plus. After configuring things in the apps and the Galaxy Wearable app, it all seems to work well.

Pay attention to the section of BP sync Enable (Inside the spoiler)... that screenshot of yours, I have put a very bold red cross on it saying wrong screen, because I went inside setfeatures...
Alternatively, install the shm mod companion and let it do the job for you...

Have you tried whitelisting the wearable and plugin in battery optimization...? Some phones tend to kill background services and this leads to connection failure...Would love to try this but cant even get my galaxy watch 4 to connect to my vivo x80 pro successfully, even tried the "fixes" suggested here and elsewhere
If that didn't work, you can try recording a log and then see what might be the cause...

Bluetooth deleted, get Bluetooth lib patch... rooted Samsung needs Bluetooth lib patch, otherwise at every reboot hou lose everything...
I have just encountered someone with Huawei device having issue with health app sync, in fact, samsung health app on watch stopped working completely...
I think Samsung released an update and forgot that devices with no playstore can't update Samsung Health on watch...
Sometimes, Samsung Health update would reset setfeatures back to default values, you just need to set it again...2

What I did -
Cleared data of Samsung health, Wearable and watch plugin.
Uninstalled and reinstalled all above-mentioned apps.
Cleared data of -

Google play store
HMS core framework
Rebooted phone, opened Samsung health and added the watch.

No, just calibrate if you want accurate results, enter dummy values if you want false positive results...
The whole purpose of calibration is having as accurate as possible results...2

- CRASHING?: few devices crash at application start and few others crash after completing the profile, logs showed each device has a different problem, I'm not considering this as a bug but you can ask me and I'll try to help...
- FUTURE WORKS: fix theme bugs...
- NOTE FOR SAMSUNG ROOT USERS: Device encryption will play a big role if you leave it, you most likely will end up with error ERR_INTEGRITY which makes shm refuse to communicate with the watch... the solution would be flashing encryption disabled...
