Thx Dante for this MOD!! GW5Pro & Fold 4 . I read for a few seconds and did what I shouldn't and poke along on my own to try and figure it out b4 reading....
Don't do as I do, but I got lucky and tapped and pressed everything and got it working! Awesome work! The app is super cool and easy! I was rdy to ADB again but surely I would be rusty... So I used the app and it did the work for me. Now I'm waiting for my neighbor (nurse) to come home so she can help me calibrate the BP. I'm sure it's not super accurate, but I'm game and want to play..

Now I have the Galaxy Wearable from the APKMirror site (with much help from you, thanks!) but where do I get the Watch 4 Plug-in (link below no longer valid) and the modded version of Health? When I tapped on ECG it tried to load Health, will it load the modded version automatically? I did clear all the Google Play stuff data and have not logged into my Google account yet. UPDATE: I did find the plug in and loaded it.

Because the app is designed for Samsung devices, my best guess the crash would say something about layout inflation fail because device resolution or dimension isn't supported
... you can check the logs and see for yourself...Does the watch have shm mod installed?
If yes, did you try opening the phone app from the watch shm mod? If no, try that... if yes and still same results, reboot both phone and watch and it will work...
For WearOS watch, use the WearOS SHM MOD, you'll find the link in the thread

Got my GW4 44mm on Friday and had everything going before midnight. The phone apps GeminiMan WearOS and SHM MOD Companion could not successfully connect to watch. the Watch never popped up an ADB notification. So I did it the old fashioned manual way on my PC and installed the phone app on my phone and the watch SHM Mod on my watch. After connecting to the watch with my PC, I could connect with my phone and the ADB notification showed up and I installed the SHM MOD Companion on my watch. Later I did a BP and ECG. I also installed one of the GeminiMan watch faces. I now just have to get familiar with everything the watch can do. Thanks for all your hard work, Dante63.

Just upgraded from the Pixel 6 Pro to the Pixel 7 Pro (got a deal couldn't pass up).
I was afraid I'd have to reinstall everything, but I didn't have to reset the watch. Just
paired it up and all the functions are still working perfect.

I don't think that's the case but maybe Samsung decided to check the Google account on the phone
that would be a first in my experience - as anytime the devices google play store data is changed (or cleared) it usually requires a reset of the watch
-s is for device SERIAL, not IP, which is -e
for simplicity with one device connected, once the adb connection is established, just use:

Include the port and you would be good,
If this is the only device connected to your PC (either through usb or wifi) you can drop the -s and the Id, but if you have multiple devices then you need to use the -s flag.

I have just encountered someone with Huawei device having issue with health app sync, in fact, samsung health app on watch stopped working completely...
I think Samsung released an update and forgot that devices with no playstore can't update Samsung Health on watch...

Try downgrading Samsung Health app on phone... I don't think you can downgrade the watch app and keep it...

Very unlikely to work without rooting your device and it's a Longshot with rooted device, I attempted to mod and failed, didn't quit yet, just thinking about it from time to time, hopefully a light bulb would shine above my head for an approach lol...
But at the same time, I'm thinking about making a proper battery details instead of the shallow details of galaxy wearable...
Do you see any mention of Tizen Studio...?
Kindly go through the thread, I know you came from Tizen thread, you'd see on Tizen it is mentioned (watch3 and active 2) and you have watch5, and on this thread it's mentioned (watch4, 5 and above), so your watch is supported...
Just grab a coffee and get in the mood, watch the video, it's super short (I still haven't made written instructions yet since the video is new)...
And you'll get it working in no time...3

No, just calibrate if you want accurate results, enter dummy values if you want false positive results...

- CRASHING?: few devices crash at application start and few others crash after completing the profile, logs showed each device has a different problem, I'm not considering this as a bug but you can ask me and I'll try to help...

- NOTE FOR SAMSUNG ROOT USERS: Device encryption will play a big role if you leave it, you most likely will end up with error ERR_INTEGRITY which makes shm refuse to communicate with the watch... the solution would be flashing encryption disabled...
