The steps that I followed was as per advice and instructions in the video. The steps being
1. Installed the WearOS - 1.1.1.227 - mod app in the Mobile phone ( The Mobile phone is Galaxy Note 10)
2. Using Bugjaeger installed the App WearOS - 1.1.1.227 from the Phone into the watch
3. Installed the SHM Mod companion in the mobile phone
4. Turned Off Both the Mobile phone and the watch and restarted both.
5. The SHM Mod app in the phone keeps hunting for a watch and then indicates that - No compatible watch found
6. The app on the watch responds to touch but fails to load
I am posting the snapshots of the ISSUE and also the video....thanks for the support provided and kindly excuse me for not following the prescribed rules

You didn't offend me at all, I just can't help you without proper details, you have done everything right till I saw the watch app logo, it's phone app...
It should've thrown you an error on the watch saying "PHONE APP, NOT FOR WATCH"...
So, uninstall the phone app from your watch and install the watch app...
Use the companion, go to watch section, download the watch shm mod (you'll see how watch app has a different logo), connect to your watch IP and sideload the watch shm mod (it can be done through the companion, but you can use Bugjeager)...
Just make sure you install the right app, it has "Watch" in its name...
Once done, everything should work and if not, restart both watch and phone and try again...

When you say "just sent an update", was it the January OS update or an app update?Samsung just sent an update for the watch and this fixed the issues of the lock screen after ECG. I updated the watch and can report that the update doesn't bring any further issues issues. @Dante63 mod is working perfect thanks
January update yes, bumps security patch to January . Wear app also got an update yesterday , the wear Galaxy watch 4 plugging got updated.

I've installed sucessfuly on a W3 (Tizen) using a OnePlus 9 Pro via computer, I just finished on a W5 (OS) using S21. I had a problem with apk xfer, after deleting the orig app from watch. I installed the companion app on the S21 and xfered it from there. All works well.

Sorry for the late reply. Below are the attached screenshots from my Samsung 5 watch installed application. The weirdest thing is when I'm resetting the watch I can not uninstall the application and install it again, or maybe another version.
And setfeatures is correctly configured (even if configured, if you did not force stop and clear cache - NOT DATA - Samsung Health is not reading setfeatures configuration, thus rejecting data from shm mod)...
For the sake of killing and restarting Samsung Health and ensuring setfeatures is active, use the companion and tap on enable setfeatures...
it's also worth it to disable the sync, save then enable it and save...
With all that done, record a new BP and see, hopefully it syncs and pushes old data (if the watch didn't drop it to make new BP data, there is a cache limit, I'm not sure how much it is)
Stock original shm, not mod... install mod...
I can confirm that everything including the SHM MOD Companion app on both my mi phone and watch 5 load up and work as advertised on XDA.
Thank you for all you're hard work @Dante63 it's my hope that you're efforts force Samsung to support all phones for Samsung watches, makes no sense locking it down to Samsung phones only, all features should work with all android phones
Sorry if the question is stupid or not in the right spot, but has anyone tried the mode with asus Zenfone 9? Didn't see in the search. I'm intending to buy galaxy watch 5 pro(mainly because of the battery life) but i need the ECG and AFIB options. Is there any chance it doesn't work for me with that phone? After a long research i decided to order galacy watch 5 pro but i dont want to buy a Samsung phone just for it. Withings scanwatch was probably best because of the batterylife but it has a huge support issues if something happens with the watch is very hard to repair or even replace under warranty not to mention after that, fitbit ecg is premium paid option, garmin doesn't cover Europe for now and wont be available soon probably.

Very unlikely to work without rooting your device and it's a Longshot with rooted device, I attempted to mod and failed, didn't quit yet, just thinking about it from time to time, hopefully a light bulb would shine above my head for an approach lol...
But at the same time, I'm thinking about making a proper battery details instead of the shallow details of galaxy wearable...
Do you see any mention of Tizen Studio...?
Kindly go through the thread, I know you came from Tizen thread, you'd see on Tizen it is mentioned (watch3 and active 2) and you have watch5, and on this thread it's mentioned (watch4, 5 and above), so your watch is supported...
Just grab a coffee and get in the mood, watch the video, it's super short (I still haven't made written instructions yet since the video is new)...
And you'll get it working in no time...2
No, just calibrate if you want accurate results, enter dummy values if you want false positive results...
The whole purpose of calibration is having as accurate as possible results...1Superb and amazing work done by Dante63.
I was having trouble installing the watch app then found and corrected my error of running the adb software after installing in the root folder.
Also the sync with Samsung health was enabled only after stopping and clearing cache of the Samsung health program a couple of times.

- CRASHING?: few devices crash at application start and few others crash after completing the profile, logs showed each device has a different problem, I'm not considering this as a bug but you can ask me and I'll try to help...
- FUTURE WORKS: fix theme bugs...
- NOTE FOR SAMSUNG ROOT USERS: Device encryption will play a big role if you leave it, you most likely will end up with error ERR_INTEGRITY which makes shm refuse to communicate with the watch... the solution would be flashing encryption disabled...
