So I go to the first page of this thread, CTRL+F, search for " "BP Sync". So I went for the text at the bottom of the screenshot (Github link) rather than watching the video (I tend to prefer reading documentation rather than videos). So I assume it isn't related, apologies but I guess I'm not familiar with the way you format text (or the way XDA supports it).
From the mocking tone of your writing I appreciate you think I am an idiot.. Fine then I'm an idiot, it seems I'm performing school boy errors. But please understand I'm not a watch/phone app expert, nor do I come to XDA that often, I'm effectively newbie, and I am actually putting effort into this. I may be stupid but I am not dumb. I still appreciate your work. Thanks.

Nope, watch app has word "watch" in its name and it has a different icon, you can see at the top of the main post the picture of all phone apps icons and watch apps icons...
No no, I apologize that I changed the title and the thread format into shm mod companion - BP sync enable, get updates bla bla bla...
I have been patiently guiding everyone but at some time I get frustrated when people ask for help in a wrong way (little details, or didn't go through the thread)...
But the BP sync is not so clear, that is my fault alone, I should write more about it under the app Shm mod companion...
I have spent so much time developing the companion (and still working on it) so it will be the all-in-one tool for sideloading the mod and installing it as well without people accidentally installing phone app on the watch or having so many questions or difficulties...
So again, I apologize, I will reorganize the thread and try to make the BP sync clearer... and no one is stupid or dumb,not you or anyone... but some tend to rush and lack of patience to go through a lot and some skip videos but I try my best to provide many options so I would be able to cover everyone's preferences (yet I fail because I'm an individual that does everything altogether)...
I'm more than happy to hear suggestions though that would improve the thread...
Ps. Use the companion, it's everything you'll ever need...
OK -trying to get it all to Sync with Samsung Health.
In Samsung Health original app I've set Health analytics to DEV and developer mode is on, forced stop, cleared cache.
It isn't a step in your "SHM MOD Companion" under "BP Sync", but I've managed to work out via one of your videos that the modded wear OS/Samsung app needs All permissions turned on, I've also allowed Blood Pressure and Electrocardiogram as well.
I restarted the phone for good luck.
I went into original Samsung Health and forced sync via pull down method. Unfortunately it isn't sync'ing. I've probably missed something.
BTW FeatureManagerOn is in the SamsungHealth folder.

I had to take another blood pressure reading on the watch and then it all sync'd. I'll post this nevertheless just in case the feedback is useful.
Also from your documentation I understand ECG data doesn't sync with the Samsung cloud (Samsung haven't implemented it).

Hmmm seems like I have to run the modded health app on the phone first before it syncs in the Samsung cloud. Guess that makes sense, but it would be nice if that wasn't required. Maybe I need to read some more.
Samsung Health sync is for Samsung health data only...
Samsung health monitor sync is for BP and ECG, it tries to retrieve the data from watch, save it and pass the BP to Samsung Health, if it fails to pass to Samsung Health, it will attempt again when you record a new BP...
Which step exactly isn't in the companion...?

I really can't think of everything on my own because what I see or try to see may not cover everything altogether...
So I will add that and hopefully that will be covering everything for users in the future not to be confused...
I updated this app from 221 to 227, I could launch it but couldn't connect to my watch.
Then I reinstalled 227, I couldn't launch it, it just force stopped.
How do I get the logs?

Thanks. I used to be a website / .net / SQL server developer, I have a degree in computer science and done loads of IT job, so I get it, this must have been a LOT of work.
Could you first share a screenshot of the apps you installed (or tried to install)...?
You sure you only installed that because the behavior of force stop only occurs with stock shm and not mod...
You did mention that the mod didn't work after upgrading to 227 & it showed no watch compatible... is your watch on 221?
Yes, I downloaded 227 from SHM mod companion, and then it force stopped.
My watch is still on 221

Very unlikely to work without rooting your device and it's a Longshot with rooted device, I attempted to mod and failed, didn't quit yet, just thinking about it from time to time, hopefully a light bulb would shine above my head for an approach lol...
But at the same time, I'm thinking about making a proper battery details instead of the shallow details of galaxy wearable...

Kindly go through the thread, I know you came from Tizen thread, you'd see on Tizen it is mentioned (watch3 and active 2) and you have watch5, and on this thread it's mentioned (watch4, 5 and above), so your watch is supported...
Just grab a coffee and get in the mood, watch the video, it's super short (I still haven't made written instructions yet since the video is new)...
And you'll get it working in no time...2
No, just calibrate if you want accurate results, enter dummy values if you want false positive results...

Sorry if I missed something... Just wanna make sure I know where I'm going here and what I would still be losing using the watch without a Samsung phone (even after doing this mod).

- CRASHING?: few devices crash at application start and few others crash after completing the profile, logs showed each device has a different problem, I'm not considering this as a bug but you can ask me and I'll try to help...
- FUTURE WORKS: fix theme bugs...
- NOTE FOR SAMSUNG ROOT USERS: Device encryption will play a big role if you leave it, you most likely will end up with error ERR_INTEGRITY which makes shm refuse to communicate with the watch... the solution would be flashing encryption disabled...
