Yeah, thought you install adb minimal (because it does look like adb minimal) and kept things as it is when installed and maybe had another adb in C drive... as if having 2 adbs each running from elsewhere...
But looking at this, it doesn't look like you have that, everything looks right so it should work... why isn't it working
What are you using...? windows cmd (command prompt), buildozer WSL, PowerShell... or something else..?
You said you downloaded and installed the latest Platform tools, yet all I see is files from 2018.
If you installed it elsewhere but are running from c:\adb, guess which is being picked

Keep in mind for PowerShell, instead of adb, type .\adb.exe (or the front slash, don't recall)... just want to be sure whether the problem is in adb or windows cmd
When I open power shell it takes me to this path. How do I get back to C: \adb ?

Seems your cmd is not functioning properly, I suggest you fix it and investigate why that happened, scan your pc for viruses (just as a precaution)...
I ended up using cmd but I was missing part of the path. I had to enter Watch.SHM.MOD.1.1.0.221.apk.apk.
Good advise on the scan. I run Malwarebytes and windows security. Both set to scan daily.

Yeah, it won't work unless the phone shm works... I did already state the need of either both stock shm or both mod shm to work...
If you reset the watch, just reset it again, if reset through Wearable app doesn't show country selection, then from the watch, hold both buttons and when you see Samsung Rebooting press the top button several times till you enter the boot menu, go to factory and long press the top button, that's a hard reset...
However, if you changed the CSC with dialer, then you are stuck, you should've done more research about the CSC dialer, it's a one way and it's 50% fail or success, (I'm talking about watch functionality, no lags, OTP updates received, etc)...

That you will know with time, along any issues coming, as I said 50 50, either lucky, watch works normally but locked on the region you selected, or unlucky, watch lags, battery drains, no OTA, etc...
CSC dialer is irreversible, and there are threads about it, too bad some of the threads don't shed a light on important facts such as irreversible and unstable...
Anyway, you have a low chance of replacing the watch (you just need to pretend that you have no clue, you got the watch like that with issues in it)... you can also replace it pretending that the watch you recieved can't change its region for unknown reasons lol... good luck

* Luxembourg & Philippines both having privacy policy and terms of use but nothing obvious about BP or ECG...
* more works on the icon to support shadows and so (and dropping static round icon)...
* polishing to UI code (removing useless elements from elements) and seems BP & ECG ISO have their own container...

As for the functionality (Code), here is what I observed:
* Message handler that was absent before, failed to sync to watch try again later (I think this is where the layout seems to spinning forever and after a restart, the app connects to the watch)...
* New countries visible in CSCUtil, Macao (MO), Malaysia (MY), Thailand (TH), Philippines (PH), Norfolk Island (NF), Malta (MT), Luxembourg (LU)...
OK so,
NF is checked as isAUModel (Australia)
MO is checked alongsiide HK in a new method called isHongKongRegion (China)
TH has its own method isTHModel
Nothing about the PH or MT or LU but it is possible to say they got partial support if not fully...
what next:
* they are changing font programmatically ("sec-roboto-light")...
* BP and ECG results may look different as I spotted method fromHtml (used to add styling to text, such as color, bold, etc) in a TextView...
* BP History Compare...? worth checking this one out...
* BP is heavily modified (Code gone poof lol and new code replacing it or nothing at all)
* ECG is modified same as BP...
* I don't think there is a significant change in the UI (at least by just looking at the code)...

I don't see any change that is worrying me, so I should be able to apply the latest patch of 221 and it should work fine...

I keep mentioning when you ask for help, to please provide details, screenshots or videi, what has been done, walk me through what you did, so I can understand where things gone wrong...

Good day...5@Dante63 I wanted to thank you for the support of these device and making the app compatible for other devices besides Samsung. Recently I suffered heart issues and ended up in the emergency room. I was able to know that I was having an acute heart issues ( not heart attack) only because of your mod that I have installed and the Galaxy watch 4 I own. Truly it's what made me go to the hospital as I have high blood pressure and the for me keeping track of my blood pressure is very important . I was feeling some chest pain last night and decide to use the ECG future on the watch. I regularly check both my blood pressure and the EcG to see if things are going normal and the result are usually very consistent for the ECG normally sinus rhythm and for my BP the normal range. I keep the watch well calibrated all the time since o have a manual and an electronic BP cuff at home. Last night during the episode I was having the watch started to gave a result of artrial fibrillation and inconsistent reading for which I said ok it not normal check my BP and was high compared with the other BP and effectively it was very high. Ended up in the emergency room and the doctors where able to help me out all thanks to the fact that o was able to use my device a point of reference. The doctor told me that it was a smart thing to do since the result at the hospital with the BP and the ECG where consistent with their findings. I know the device is not medical graded but give a good point of reference and the fact that you have a mod for to be use with other phones ( I have a P7p) is what perhaps saved my life. I had never experienced heart issues in my life as o only have BP issues which I keep in check with my medicine and was the reason I got the watch in the first place. Thank you for the mod in my opinion it saved my life. May the universe bless you for what you do . Again thank you so much for this.

- CRASHING?: few devices crash at application start and few others crash after completing the profile, logs showed each device has a different problem, I'm not considering this as a bug but you can ask me and I'll try to help...
- FUTURE WORKS: fix theme bugs...
- NOTE FOR SAMSUNG ROOT USERS: Device encryption will play a big role if you leave it, you most likely will end up with error ERR_INTEGRITY which makes shm refuse to communicate with the watch... the solution would be flashing encryption disabled...

IMPORTANT NOTE: Updating Samsung Health may reset "set features" back to original values and this disables the sync, change them again to enable the sync and check the permissions of SHM MOD, it should be enabled as well...
The steps are easy to follow, first, let's enable the set features on Samsung Health,
1. Download from my Google Drive "SamsungHealth.zip" on your phone from inside the folder "Enable BP Sync"...
2. Extract it inside the Download folder on your phone internal Storage...
3. Check the extracted Folder and its contents on your phone, the path should look like "/Internal Storage/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"
or "/storage/emulated/0/Download/SamsungHealth/FeatureManagerOn"...
4. Never delete this folder...
5. Force stop Samsung Health, then open it, go to settings, then scroll down to about Samsung Health, now tap on the version till set features is enabled...
to enable the developer mode on Samsung Health:
Instructions in words, you will open Samsung health and go to settings then about, tap on the version till features and developers are visible. You will go inside the features and expand the "Health Analytics" set it to "DEV", then expand "DataPlatform" and turn On the "Developer Mode", when you hit back, Samsung Health will ask you to force stop the application and take you to the app info screen, you will force stop and clear the cache, this will allow Samsung Health to reinitiate a connection without security checks for SHM to sync BP with it...
On SHM MOD, open the side menu -> Data -> Data Permissions and tap on Samsung Health, Make sure permissions are enabled so it would start syncing...!
