Not sure what you mean by update but refused connection means watch rejected the incoming connection due to refusing incoming connection when watch prompts about it or timeout (in some cases, the watch considers it as reject)
Allow once or always and you dhoukd be able to connect properly

The other member who had the issue on Telegram tried 6.19 and it fixed the watch, consider downgrading to that and then updating...
One setback is that version supports upto watch4, for watch5, you need a higher version...
What I am trying to say is, downgrading does fix the issue, so keep experimenting till you find the version that fixes your problem, and to save time, look at X in 6.XX.YYY, ignore the Y...
X is major update and Y is usually Minor and mostly just a patch...

With more info on what you did, it is possible to assist you, moreover if you have the latest shm mod companion, there is troubleshooting BP sync, try them...
Why would esim and health have a connection...?
esim depends on service provider...
I have done everything according to the tutorial and installed updates. I have the SamsungHealth folder in Download and inside the FeatureManagerOn file. Unfortunately, I don't understand everything in the Troubleshoot BP Sync tab, because the translation to Polish is very bad.
In samsung health monitor BP measurements do appear. They do not appear only in Samsung Health
Change app language to English then...
Unfortunately, all language are google translated in hopes that some people would contribute in fixing translations but that didn't really happen yet...
Yes, thanks, i can confirm that with Samsung Health app ver.: 6.19.6.009 on the phone, everything works, syncs all data with GW5 Pro (including BP, ECG). And since all is functional, i wont update the app for now, it doesn't bother me that it is an older version.

Once you have finished setting up the galaxy watch, download an adb app off the store, connect to the watch, go to developer settings on the watch, make sure you keep the screen on! Enter in the command box :
Press enter on the adb phone app, now quickly back to the watch disable all adb debugging and exit the developer settings

Hi, I recently purchased a Galaxy Watch4 Classic and want to use ECG, but I have a OnePlus 8 Pro. I installed the mod into the phone and into the watch, but when I enter on the phone app, it can't connect with the watch (it´s connected, in Galaxy Wearable it's perfect). I don´t know what I'm doing bad, I tried two different phone versions and still don't work. This is the error message (sorry, but it´s in spanish, it says it can't find a watch). Screenshot is on an older version, but the most recent one had the same problem

Hello, got everything running on my 4 classic paired to my note 10. Extremely simple instructions. I literally bought my watch to monitor my BP not realizing it was region locked in my area . I couldn't keep carrying my BP cuff in my work bag....

The only issue is that now EKG won't sink to SH. BP does.
I ran through the instructions twice and ran new EKGs and BPs but nothing.

I'm still waiting to see a backup but I wear mine at night so maybe never lol. Hopefully they realise they're stupid and put manual backup back.2I can confirm the tiles (cards) for ECG are working just fine.

Now here is an update of mine if the above does not work and Galaxy Wearables keeps disconnecting from the watch4/5/6
Still facing issues, it is probably the plugin and wearble version, follow these steps:
If the above does not work, it may be related to bad plugin, so follow the steps in the picture first to Downgrade everything and pair through Samsung Health as above stated, login & update everything later after pairing is successful...
Tested:
Latest plugin + latest Samsung Health + Wearable 2.2.50.22072061
Steps:
Keep your internet on, Open Samsung health, then accessories, locate your watch, disconnect from internet (Data and Wi-Fi off, only Bluetooth on) and tap on your watch, galaxy wearable will start offline and pair with the watch, after the pair, you can connect to internet and update wearable and configure anything and everything else...

- Samsung IHRN auto-measurements were using wrong display messages (showing afib detected instead of auto measurement) and triggers sound + vibration notification every 10 minutes, I have fixed this by putting approprite message and set the notification as silent...
- Samsung called a method setWidgetTile when OS have removed it, this causes the app to crash, skipped the code...
- Removed duplicate tiles of BP and ECG, this may take time to reflect in galaxy wearable...
