I don't think there is a body temperature sensor in watch4, the only temperature sensor in the watch4 would be for hardware/battery temperature checks...

So people don't confuse others, and start the same thing over and over again
this is all so super annoying with huawei without GMS and Samsung blocking such devices activly...
is there ah modded version of the galaxy wearable available? i can't pair my watch 5 with my huawei p40 ... managed it once, afterwards i tried to add google account but didn't succeed, then i installed wearOS app and broke the samsung health / wearble app connection... and now i cant get it back...
resettet watch ah couple of times. followed the steps that worked the first time, removed samsung health, removed wearable and watch5 plugin, no mather what i do i cant get it pair successfully again...
the trick through samsung health lets mit pair it, but when wearable app is in the circle loading screen at somepoint the pairing failes and is telling me no device found and pairing failed, watch sais connection error, or paring failed and needs to be factory reseted
i also tried to mod the wearable app with apktool, i found the HUAWEI string in the files (moved from what the reddit posts suggests to be to the following file: ./smali/com/samsung/android/app/twatchmanager/util/HostManagerUtils.smali )
but didn't got the apk to work as i somehow fail to sign it correctly apparently..
Because of the signature verification, you'll struggle with modded versions, so better use stock...
Nothing to be scared about, it's just installing app on your watch the same way you install apps on your phone...
I read the step by step instructions for downloading the app on watch. It said, something to do on desk top first and also if adb is not deleted, the watch will drink battery like juice. Already the watch takes a lot of battery, hardly lasts 24 hours after doing everything for improving battery.
Instructions haven't been updated yet unfortunately, and today I have covid positive & my body aches as if I was hit by a car...

Rely on Samsung Health and use a 3rd party app to sync data between Samsung Health and Google...

I'm still waiting to see a backup but I wear mine at night so maybe never lol. Hopefully they realise they're stupid and put manual backup back.
Unfortunately, the app has dependancy on core Samsung libs, aside from server connection, the app is unmoddable...

Still facing issues, it is probably the plugin and wearble version, follow these steps:
If the above does not work, it may be related to bad plugin, so follow the steps in the picture first to Downgrade everything and pair through Samsung Health as above stated, login & update everything later after pairing is successful...

Steps:
Keep your internet on, Open Samsung health, then accessories, locate your watch, disconnect from internet (Data and Wi-Fi off, only Bluetooth on) and tap on your watch, galaxy wearable will start offline and pair with the watch, after the pair, you can connect to internet and update wearable and configure anything and everything else...
