Hi guys
I have few questions about this ROM
1) Is this ROM supporting enabling/disabling SIM cards individually (toggle for sim1 and sim2) ?
2) What is best version of this ROM to install (latest or some previous one) ?
3) Are there still any known bugs, not fixed ?
4) What is battery's life (average SOT) ? Is battery % drops at night in airplane mode ?

Actually I'm using Mokee ROM for my Mi4c and I am very happy - good battery life - min. 5h - (usually 6-6,5h SOT) after some CPU tweaks, battery don't drop at night in airplane mode (or max only 1-2%). I wouldn't think about change but this bug with SIM cards is very annoying (there is no option to turn off just one SIM. There is only option to turn on/off airplane mode, so activate/deactivate both SIM cards together). Same thing is in other CM ROM from Superluminal from what I read.
Thanks

Would you please share the cpu tweaks that you are using? I don't usually get more than 4 sot.

Nexus 5x has same CPU like Mi4c, so you can use these settings from section "The Money Shot" (settings for little cores) and "The Money Shot: Part Deux" (for big cores). You can copy and paste it in program Kernel Auditor in CPU section, for governor "interactive". You have to disable all "input boost" for every core. I also changed in section "GPU" governor to powersave (I'm not playing any demanding 3d games). These settings are giving (in my usage) free 1-1:30h SOT but are not slowing down the phone, CPU is not working at much higher frequencies than it's needed. IMHO it still can be tweeked a bit better for example CPU little at 2g call worked at 600mhz (I guess 384mhz would be enough) or youtube videos at 787mhz (600mhz or even less in not hd is fine to play smoothly), but I don't have enough knowledge to do it.
Anyway I can reccomend, it is enough good optimized to have very quick phone and much better battery's life than normal settings in standard Kernel. I got similar or only a bit better results when I slowed down by much CPU's manually to low values, and it didn't work so smooth.

The post you are reading is very old one. You should go to post #900 in that thread and check out the other newer profiles

Thanks but my kernel in actual Mokee Rom doesn't have such governors, I don't know can I update only kernel ? Anyway maybe I would switch to RR Rom with these governors, if someone reply to my questions :)

Most of these profiles use interactive governor

Found it,thanks.
I want change the voltage of cpu and close the cpu core to save power, but I found it is unavailable in RR7.1.
So...is there any way to do that?
You can´t change the cpu voltage with kernel adiutor, because snapdragon 808-810 don´t work anymore with voltage tables, but i think the op could change an offset in the Kernel to reduce the voltage.

How to build a kernel for this rom?

Hello guys, can somebody help me? Recently I tryed to build my own kernel for this rom, but I have stuck on the compilation phase. More details here: stackoverflow.com/questions/41388294/error-while-compiling-android-3-10-kernel-source
Crosscompiler say's that there is an errors in the kernel sourcecode. So can somebody teach me the right way to build a kernel for our device?
