Because the RR project for Marshmallow (6.0) is finalized and are going to start development of RR on Nougat.
Now we have to wait for the Devs to completely adapt the rom from source to our device and fix bugs.

If you had read the changelog post on G+ the RR team explained why its Final

Really loved the ROM. It's feature-packed. However the camera wasn't working fine on my a6020a40, so I reverted to pac. It couldn't take another shot after taking one. And also I couldn't close the camera with the back button after a shot. Anyone with the same issue?

Try this:
Go to pack thread and search for the post with the Venus files, copy them to system and give permissions. And download Google Camera or A Better Camera, they are working for me.

Does this ROM allows to play 720p60, 1080p and 1080p60 videos on YouTube? In PAC the video freezes but has sound?

Dude I need help I flashed TWRP (latest version) but I can't flash the rom, everytime I try my recovery reboots...

Tried with newest recovery and with the version before that and still my phone recovery keeps rebooting instead of flashing..... anyone can help me?

damn the recovery keeps messing with my sdcard evertime I try to install the RR

finally found what was wrong, I was trying to flash from the sd card, had to copy the files to my internal memory to flash and voila!!! It worked like a charm, new RR user!!! gonna report bugs tomorrow... I'm gonna sleep.

You can try reboot to recovery sometimes and then try to flash again
