Return from custom rom to stock and relocked

Can someone explain to me how to return from custom rom to stock rom and to relock my phone to have warranty again I found some videos on youtube but thats only how to relock your phone from stock rooted to stock without root. Do I have to wipe all before installing before relock and installing RUU or that doesnt matter ?

Post the result of fastboot getvar version-main

We will then find a stock nandroid backup or a RUU for your device!

lock your bootloader using fastboot oem lock and then run the ruu with admin privileges!
