Flash the stock firmware/rom in CWR and then wipe data and cache. Reboot.

It will flash it back to 100% stock

You will lose your bootloader options so the only way to get back to the stock recovery is the keyboard Alt+PrntScrn+I trick.

I just did it last night to send mine in to Amazon super easy. Just be sure to wipe the data and cache (through CWR or Stock Recovery doesnt matter) before attempting to boot otherwise it just sits there and you need to reboot back into the recovery
