Reversible Micro USB with Full Quick Charge Support?

Are there any Reversible Micro USB cables that are fully compatible with all aspects of Quick Charge 2.0?

This cable says - 5v 2a MAX
Our OEM Chargers offer - 9V 1.6a

Does anyone know if they make them that support 9V 1.6a
(Preferably 5ft or longer)

I wouldn't mind that cable but none of my cases would be able use them. I use an Otterbox Commuter and Defender

The cables I posted in the original post do show fast charging on my phone but I'm not 100% sure I'm getting the full potential. Im going to check out some tests with the phone off and and both the oem cable and the new reversible for 10 minutes each and see how they fare up. Do that a few times and see what the differences are if any.
