SPH-L710. I bought it refurbished with 4.4.4. I installed cm12, then encrypted it.
I need to go back to stock so I can activate (Ting/Sprint) after porting a different number to the phone.

Or is it not possible to go back to stock after encrypting?
A side note - why does the file name end with .tar.md5? I have never seen .md5 used for anything other than md5 hashes before.
