[REVIEW] Anker 1900 mAh extended battery

Was impressed with this for the first month - then it fried itself.

Not cool.

Going back to the standard battery.

Had to buy one of these when original battery died. Its rather good battery, atleast for its price. I get reasonable battery life. Deafinitely better than I never had with the original battery.:good:

My 1 month anker starts to shutdown my phone at 30%
Did charge recycle about 4 times, is it normal?
I can't get it drop to 10%, always shuts down, and i thought the batt is empty because when i plug the charger, it will blink the orange light for about 5 minutes before i can turn on my phone, after the phone boots, it will show 40% when the phone shuts down
Where are my other 30% anker?

i have the anker now for 2 days in my sensation (non XE)
bud i think the most important think is the rom u use and the settings u use ...

i am not at kitkat 4.4.2 (android user1234567)
and i use the custom sultan kernel r51,5

CPU is overclocked to 1566 (would be XE default)
GPU is 2D on 200 mhz underclock (default 266) / >>>> i am not a phone gamer

i will check if i can add a picture when i tested the rom with the Anker for a longer time
bud for now i have 77% battery left and the last time i charged it was 17h 31 mins ago
WLAN on
BT/GPS off

arround 30 mins writing whatsapp massages 10 mins phone call, setting countdown for my noodles etc

Have 2 Ankers, best battery for the sensation!
Been running these out for months now with no faults.

I guess some are faulty from cheap mass production?

Software has been from ICS through to KitKat

i buy a new Anker accu from ebay, auction..
the other accu was fault..-.-
if cost 8$ ~

Load it with Samsung Charger.....
from 1% too 100%
Calibrate the accu
the accu running 3Hours with WLAN ON / 3G ON/ facebook / display 100%
my accu have 87%
NICEE!!!

Just purchased a set of these with the charger from AZ

So far so good, I put the first one in and after a full charge, it has lasted a full day now and still running.
Well see how long it really lasts.

Been using them since the last three days. My phone can easily last for a day with data connection on, a few calls and texts. Since i dont use the phone much during working hours, was expecting it to last a little longer. Maybe complete 24 hours but anyways its still better then the stock battery.

after using anker, my stock battery turned small to socket and cant be used w/o paper
also anker dont have temperature sensor
