speaker sound seems the same to me. The Naztech looks pretty much the same as the 3500 Hong Kong one pictured above.

The thickness is not that bad really. If the 2400 battery extends the life by alot, I will be happy ;)

Got my naztech and... Wow. It was on all night playing my white-noise app, unplugged, and it was only at 71% this morning. I am at 69% now, three hours later.

Got used to the size right away. Battery does feel a little loose though, and if you manage to get the cover off, it will fall out at the slightest bump. Nothing that cannot be worked around.

Mine should arrive Tuesday. If tomorrow wasn't Memorial Day I'd get it then. Damn the post office for not delivering on Holidays! :p

I am at 12h 18m and I have 30% left. Not that impressed... I have charged it twice now. Are you resetting battery stats? My battery sucks on the weekends though so I am hoping that is it. I normally have wifi on but did not today. My 3g signal sucks when I am home.

Charged to 100% yesterday and unplugged it around 2pm. Used it a bit and then had my white-noise (tmsoft) running all night. I have been playing music on it most of the day and had gps going for about a half hour. As of 9:52pm, I am at 18%. (wifi, mobile-data, and gps on the entire time.)

Yes, I put it in my phone when I got it and charged it for several hours (probably more than it needed) with the phone off and then booted straight into recovery to reset battery stats.

I suggest letting it drain completely until it powers off, charging it to full while off, and then resetting stats.

Phone: ED03 stock (tw launcher as well), rooted and marginally debloated... Still odexed and everything.

so initial thoughts are.. man this thing is huge.. took the pics with my wifes og droid and comparing the two, i would say this battery makes my phone the same thickness and weight as a og droid. i like how slim and light the fascinate is, so seemingly doubling the weight and thickness doesnt sit well with me. im hoping ill "get used to it" but i wasnt planning on using this battery permanently, just on days when i need some extra juice and wont have my charger handy.

edit: just re-read some of the initial posts, saying the cover is soft touch or rubbery.. mine is hard plastic like the oem.

Thanks for the pics. It doesn't look big at all, and I think I'll like the added thickness.

EDIT: My cover is also hard plastic. The thickness really isn't too bad. Will have to get use to it though.

Bump.

I put the battery in around 10pm last night. I didn't fully charge it, but I went to settings and my battery was at about 85. Right now it's at 45, with moderate/heavy use. Not bad, but I thought I'd get more. Now, should I wait until the battery is fully dead, charge while it is off, boot to recovery and clear batt stats, then boot up?

Naztech 2500(?) Battery

I recieved my Naztech battery yesterday, charged it up with the phone off, reset batt stats, and unplugged it around 3pm. So it's been 22 hours since unplugging and I'm at 62 percent. Absolutely amazing battery life considering there's about 2 hours of plants vs. zombies thrown in there and my work reception is crap so it burns through batteries at my desk.

Running Com/Rom 2.0 with the -50uv kernel.

I ordered a 2400 Mah battery and recieved a 2500 Mah one, ok.

It does seem to come with a back cover that's hard plastic, basically the same glossiness as the stock one, but without a design on it. It's not hard to get used to the extra thickness, it is a bit easier to hold with larger hands.

Ok So I got this battery on Wed. Night charged it up to 100% scrren off then did a bat stat wipe. Then I booted up at 6:45am Thurs. and here it is friday at 2:32pm and I'm at 40% :D

Now this is with normal use for me which is listening to music for like 45ish minutes on the bus, a couple of phone calls , and about 40+txt and data use. then while at work 8:30am till 11am it sat in my desk with data off just cause I normally do this while at work cause we are surrunded with led walls. then from11-11:30 did alot of web surfing and using apps and on both wifi and 3g. then intermitted use of 3g or wifi till 5pm then 3g till I got home then used wifi and left it on for about two hours while we grocery shopped. went to bed arould ten with it at about 69 percent. I did turn off wifi and 3g while I slept cause i wasn't using it any way. woke up to it at like 67% then I have been using it alot today.

I am running ComRom2.1 PBJ-50 :D

So I like it and body wise it makes the phone feel older for some odd reason, but I like it.

I can say that this is a great battery!

Pros:
Battery life
More phone to hold onto
Droid x horizontal belt case from verizon fits nicely

Cons:
Phone is still slippery
No gel cover (tpu) available...i hate this, it really bothers me because I have no drop protection our extra grip

Hope this helps...

Edit:
The battery looks identical to generic ones on ebay...weird
