Then Spen work perfectly with the case because no magnet inside and only metal plate inside them.
With MagMount Qi, Pitaka said to me that there is not metal plate in the packaging but there is one with MagMount without QI ... I'm so sad with this because i wish to buy the MagCase + MagMount QI and i wish to be compatible with other case then metal plate is a big point for me for to put between my Note 8 and other cases.

Pitaka explain also to me that MagMount is not compatible with circle air vent of my car (Mercedes CLA) ... i dont' understand why because i read a review of a owner of Kia Stinger and MagMount work inside circle vent of his car !!!

Have you a link to buy a car charger compatible with fast charging (i hope to find one as smalest as possible) ? Have you also a link with cable compatible with fast charge ? Pitaka said to me it's micro usb in the MagMount QI ...

Hi, wireless charging could be affected by the metal plate (check this blog https://goo.gl/C1ubGD to know why) so we only added the metal plate to the MagMount, but if you really want the metal plate, please feel free to contact our customer service again to find a solution. Or before you purchase something else next time, we can send one to you for free.

Regarding the car charger and cable for fast charging, just make sure the charger supports QC 3.0, and both of the charger and the cable from branded manufacturers. By the way, we'll make those 2 accessories with PITAKA's logo on in the near future so that you don't need to look around anymore.

Regarding the car vent MagMount Qi on Mercedes CLA, it really depends on the air vent of different cars, you can exchange for another mounting base if the unit you have is still brand new once you found it's not compatible with the car.

In an earlier question about how well this case protects the phone I replied it wouldn't because it was too thin.

Well, I dropped my phone from about 1.5 metres the other day on to a hard tiled floor. The phone landed on the long edge and not single mark anywhere on the phone or case. :good:
