Ordered a MagMount Qi and a MagCase for Samsung S8 on November 12, and it is still not shipped...
I received a mail from CEO saying that it will be on November 20...
And for the time being $72.98 has been paid !
Never had such a bad experience

Thanks, I just checked on its website.
They place magnets upper and lower wireless charging position, and MagMount is big enough to cover both magnets.
But regular magnetic mount is circle shape with maximum 1.5 inch radius, I doubt it will hold.

So the case has 2 metal plates inside it. One above the wireless charging unit and one below.

They are not magnets though just metal. The magnets are in the mount.

That being said I have the old magnetic mount does work it just only holds the phone in portrait position and only sticks to the top metal plate.

Got my replacement case in today and the back cutout is correct. Thank you for the fast replacement. Everything is good hear I am happy with my case.

Got my replacement case in today the cut out on the back lines up great. I am a happy camper. All of yall waiting on your case it is worth the wait.

They are not only overwhelmed but also unprofessional.
My last ticket was created 5 days ago, not an answer. You got your order and a replacement , mine placed before yours not even shipped, even though they promised me, twice, that it will be send in the next 24 hours... In this rhythm I will probably change my phone before the case arrives.
What a bad joke !

Damn sorry to hear that. Have you sent a email to support? There is also a phone number you can call.

Of course that I did. On 20th of november, answered by Rachel B.C.Sc. Sales Manager and I quote:

The same unfulfilled promise was made by James-pitaka, allegedly the Pitaka's CEO on 22th november on this very thread.

yes both James here and ticket last week promised to be sent last week and still nothing.

I do not trust this company. I have ordered my case on Nov 4th. received an email today asking me if I'm interested to switch to different color. If not, there would be a delay for my original order. In either case, they need my order number.

I just registered today to post my experience. Stay away from this company.
