I think they just can't handle the volume of the orders. It took 3 weeks to get mine to ship then it took 7 days for it to get delivered, but it is worth it. Absolutely love the case and the car charger.Oh no... there's something else wrong then...

So the case has 2 metal plates inside it. One above the wireless charging unit and one below.Thanks, I just checked on its website.
They place magnets upper and lower wireless charging position, and MagMount is big enough to cover both magnets.
But regular magnetic mount is circle shape with maximum 1.5 inch radius, I doubt it will hold.

Got my replacement case in today and the back cutout is correct. Thank you for the fast replacement. Everything is good hear I am happy with my case.

My last ticket was created 5 days ago, not an answer. You got your order and a replacement , mine placed before yours not even shipped, even though they promised me, twice, that it will be send in the next 24 hours... In this rhythm I will probably change my phone before the case arrives.
