It's a bit tricky to take off the case. What's the easiest way?
I want to use the phone with Gear VR but I'm afraid I might damage the phone or the case if I remove it often.

I take mine off daily, the best way is take the top part first, starting from the left side.

Leave them message from Facebook and make a ticket on their site. I ordered both the mount and the Case on the 13th I think
I guess they cannot or will not make the twill anymore? Also, am I missing something. I looked at their website and everything seems much more expensive. The OP seems to have bought the case and vent mag for 53 and then got a discount to 43. Did they jack up the price since the beginning of this post or have the products changed? Now it seems like 50 for case and 25 for vent mag charger.

I ordered the car charger about 4 days ago and today got my tracking number. This will be the 3rd separate time I have bought something from them with no shipping problems.
Received my car charger from Pitaka today ordered on the 3rd. It took 5 days to get here. That's some fast shipping. Here is a email from when I ordered just in case someone thinks I am lying. 5 days is pretty damn fast.

Here are my first impressions : the case is very nice, slim, snug fit, it feels awesome in hand (ya,ya ), the cutouts are perfect, wireless charging is working, it plays perfectly with the MagMount QI.
I'm not sure about the drop protection but I do not have any intention to find out anyway.
Overall,it's probably the best case I ever had.
I just hope that the logistic problems are history so they can stand behind it.

PS:I don't know how the picture you posted is any proof. Unless you post a 2nd picture of you, the charger and today's magazine, I choose not to believe you !

I ordered the plain case and the Qi magnetic car mount on November 29th. Received today, Sunday December 10th. 11 days, not bad at all. And both the case and the dock seem to be great, during my first day of usage.

I know it's not the right place to ask but I'm having a problem get the fast wireless charging on their Magmount qi used a couple of fast charging car chargers (works well wire attached to the phone but not on wireless) only Fast wireless charging any advice what you guys using a link will be great.

Wireless charging will never be as fast as plugging in the cable.
Right cable is faster but fast wireless charger is available and others said that and fixed by changing the charger but pitaka deleted the whole thread on facebook
Even Samsung's fast charger is not really that fast. It's faster than a normal wireless charger, but the charging notification just says wireless charging, it doesn't say fast wireless charging. At least I have never see either say that.
Unless they changed something, it should say fast wireless charging on the lock screen.
Mine actually states "Fast Wireless Charging" as well
