Can someone confirm, that the LED is a RGB LED?

Never ever green light

The datasheet is from the german HTC Partner Portal.

am not sure if that sheet is correct as it states DDR3 RAM which contradicts to all other reviews,

Some users are stating that it does in fact have DDR3 RAM. It would be great to get confirmation on the LED though.

S801 comes always with DDR3!
