This is my first impressions of the rhinoshield crashguard bumper case.

Packaging and presentation -
It came in a nice small package that felt nice. Very simplistic but definitely adds more to the experience than just getting a case in an envelope. Even the box was made of solid materials which always is a nice touch when spending $25 on bumper case. While this may not matter to most I thought I'd just throw it in.

Design -
This case is exactly what I wanted. Something super minimal that will still protect my phone. It is a matter black plastic with all cutouts perfectly precise. In conjunction with my dbrand skin it looks amazing. It follows the curves of the phone along the top and bottom just making it blend in and look all the more natural.

Feel -
While they advertise minimal bulk, it is still very noticeable. The depth of the device feels unchanged but the vertical depth is a little wider. This is to be expected and compared to any other case I'd say it's just about the same if not slimmer but it is larger in the hand compared to a naked phone or some of the more slim cases made by OnePlus.
The finish is a bit slippery, at least more slippery than I was expecting. I thought it would be a more rubber feel but it is indeed hard plastic. It is more grippy than the glass on glass phone but not more than other cases I've tried.

Protection -
I have not had the case for more than a day but it feels solid. I would trust this thing to take a drop. The build quality is fantastic and much better than I thought a bumper could be. I will update this thread if I have any nasty drops in the next few days.

Final thoughts -
I would recommend this to anyone looking for a super Minimal case that shows off their beautiful phone. It gives peace of mind knowing it's not naked but gives you most of the benefits of it. Also if you have a skin it just looks amazing. Check out my pics below and feel free to ask me any questions of you're looking to buy.

Looks awesome. I hope my one will arrive tomorrow. Should look great with dragon skin.

I just received my crash guard today. So far I'm loving the idea of having my phone with good protection. But you still can see the excellent Craftsmanship of the device. Also extremely lightweight.

The volum button is a tad stiff because it's a single unit. Power button is fine. The switch guard is very nice I must say, but has a small bit of play to it still very solid though. I have the black crashguard btw

Thanks for the write up! How are the buttons? I read a lot of complaints about them not being that great on their crashguards for other phones.
As mentioned above. The buttons are stiff and a bit hard to press but not terrible.
The slider is a bit loose as I've found since writing that first impression. It works just fine and I usually just keep mine in vibrate so I never touch it. But if you want to slide it you need to push down while sliding a bit.
I wouldn't call it a deal breaker but just something to note

Crashguard review

A small review.

Feels good in hand.
Not as slippery as the naked phone, but still somewhat slippery if your hands are clean and dry.
The width and circumference are bulkier than the oem clear case, so one handed operation is *much* more difficult because it was already not easy with the oem case.
The volume buttons are a bit stiff, the power button is really good, and the alert slider is excellent - much easier operation than the naked slider.
The back protection is not as good as the front because only the top and bottom edges of the bumper extend over the surface of the back. The side edges are almost flush with the middle line of the back.
The build quality is very good.
The white bumper/phone look is very nice.

Could you please take a picture of the front of the phone with the screen n and a completely white background? It should give us an idea of how much bulk the thing actually adds to the phone.

My white SolidSuit was dispatched today. I live in the UK so I don't think delivery will be quick. Others will definitely get theirs first but they seem to be on their way.

Same here. I ordered the classic black solidsuit and live in France. Got a mail today saying it was shipped. Patience...

To Germany from France it needed 7 days. Preordered the crashguard. It's really awesome paired with a dbrand dragon skin [emoji4]

The CrashGuard is very tight fit! I have white marble dbrand on my OP6.
When I first put on the CrashGuard the buttons did not work properly.
Then I sliced about 5mm off my dbrand's borders so it doesent get under the CrashGuard so now all the buttons now work great.

Worst ****ing case I've ever bought! Biggest waste of money just awful! Doesn't fit tight, makes the dbrand skin under roll under itself, volume and power buttons hard as **** to press, volume toggle button doesn't line up or even come close to being tight to the actual button on the device, it never works unless you press down on it like your life depended on it. I have many many cases I love trying them from all brands but this one is just awful and want to warn you guys no bullshit and nothing against rhinoshield at all but wow their promotion of it and cost can not be justified what so ever!

Which case do you have the crash guard? It doesn't fit tight but the dbrand under it gets trashed? I heard other people say it was a bit too tight. To be honest if it pulls up a dbrand I am not sure that's a legitimate complaint. A skin goes to the edge and a case pulls at the edge to put on and remove, it's a recipe for incompatibility. The buttons and lining up thing sounds awful though.

Out of interest how long did your delivery take?

another one with Rhinoshield Bumper Case!
I tried for a few weeks some cases:
-Spigen Case Rugged Armor
-Ringke Fusion Smoke Black
-Official Nylon Case from Oneplus
-Official Case (plastic one that Oneplus provide with the phone)
-Rhinoshield Bumper Case (this one only for a week)

And I must say that the last one it's the best for me.
It has one thing I really don't like: the not-so-much-clicky buttons
But all the bumper it's awesome. It fits perfectly, not like the Oneplus 3 Rhinoshield Bumper Case, and it's really really secure, I feel my OP6 protected and so confortable to take with one or both hands.

I wait only 5 days (2 days to be ready, 3 days of travel) since I bought it (inside Germany)

If someone has some questions I can try to answer it, or post some photos....
