I contacted them and they ask me to send pictures to show tthe problem. Obviously it's almost impossible to show the problem from the point of view of a camera. I'm gonna try anyway.
Same here. Ive taken and sent pictures with another phone and now theyre giving me the run around. This is what they had to say about my photos highlighting the issue:

Hi Mike,
Thank you very much for the information provided,
Unfortunately, the photos are a bit dark and because of the screen being turned on in 'Picture2', the photo taken by the phone camera auto adjusted and focused on your phone screen instead, that is why the borders were darkened. we recommend taking a top-down photo displaying your entire phone under sunlight/light as well as having the case removed to allow us to look at the fitting of the screen protector.
We apologize for the inconvenience,
Thank you for your utmost patience & cooperation.
Best regards,
Monica - RhinoShield Customer Service Rep.
and this was my response:
The images clearly depict that the screen protector inhibits viewing of the phone's screen regardless of positioning. The screen protector your company has produced is incorrectly sized. So much in fact that it chops off both left and right sides simultaneously when viewing in portrait mode. This has little issue to do with the camera that I used or the case involved. How could the screen protector be placed incorrectly if it interferes with both left and right sides simultaneously? Please dont make me jump through hoops to show you that the screen protector was poorly designed. Ive attached a third picture showing you the issue very clearly. While we're at it i would like to mention that the alert slider button does not work very well on the crashguard case. I am extremely disappointed with the lack of attention to detail with the designing of both products i ordered.
