I found this
HKCU \ Control Panel \ SoundCategories \ ring \ RingerOnVib rationOn original av0.1w0.3v0.3w0.3v0.1w0.3v0.3w0.3pr

v0 will vibrate continuously;
v3 will vibrate for 3 seconds;
V3P will vibrate for 3 seconds, then play the ringtone;
V0P will vibrate and play the ringtone at the same time, and when the ringtone stops, the vibrating stops as well;
v0p3 will vibrate and play the ringtone at the sametime, and stop after 3 second

if v0.1 I am writing to v0p30 it vibrates for a long time

I tried it and it works fine. The vibration is continuous, but it works.

if you need intermittent vibration
set the value of the vibration mode
av0.1w0.3v0.3w0.3v0.1w0.3v0.3w2r

Now, that's not good
