Ringtone,Notification Sound Change?

Dear friends,

Today i pasted few audio(Ringtones copied from xperia in ogg format) to system/media/audio/ringtone folder and thought it will be accessible through profile setting.
But i am unable to select those added ringtones as default. I can see those pasted ringtones but even selected twice thrice and restarted few times but unable to select/change ringtone/notification.

Please guide on how to add ringtone/notification so that they can be accessible.

I found that it is due to the attribute.

Any attribute changer app? I used solid explorer but it is only changing one by one file. Not able to change all files attributes in one go.
