(You See Phone After this Command on Recovery Mod) But at my moment when Fastboot Reboot Fastboot ...... Try to use vol+power or vol+-power (3 buttons)
If I remember correct, 3 buttons worked for me.
Release the 3 buttons just when you see some chinese letters

You should to check active slot first
Never mind
Fastboot reboot
If you have still problem, try on slot a (you can see on commands)
After first reboot as I see it's not bootloader (can't get command, check again - waiting for device; if it's not on bootloader try adb reboot bootloader or 3 buttons)

I had same problem, I don't know how but I fixed same way with mistakes making flash img files, and suddenly worked, it's NOT a big problem if some img files won't work.
Try to flash img files
Check slots
If after reboots, it's on recovery(you can check with)
adb devices
; try
adb reboot bootloader
or 3 buttons
Believe me I tried for 8-9 hours to find information and commands

But when I come back to Fastboot, I can not continue Flash .img files

I know how to fix my Chinese ROM But
I want to go to Global ROM because I'm from UK and does not need Chinese characters and applications.

i didnt change region. alwyas i was on eu rom, so if changing region/rom is the real problem, i havent face it.
