Rog phone 2 stuck in qualcomm crash dump mode

Hello I tried installing the android 10 beta 6 update but now my phone is stuck in qualcomm crash dump mode.

I am unable to boot into fastboot.

I tried holding down the power button + volume up.
I tried holding down the power button + volume down.

but I always end up at the qualcomm crash dump mode

Holding down power button + volume up + volume down just turns off the phone.

Ideally it would be great if I can reboot into fastboot but this doesn't look like its going to work so does anyone know what can be done from here?

I have read that you can use an EDL cable and some Qualcomm images to restore but I have no idea where I could get these Qualcomm images for this specific phone. I have seen some for the oneplus phones but nothing for the rog phone 2.

I know RMA is an option but it is an out of warranty repair so they will charge 45 british pounds for shipping and god knows how much for flashing.

I would be very careful on what you are flashing/wiping as I get no cell reception even after my IMEI restoration with this guide.

if you could fix your phone I would really appreciate if you could send your efs or persist partition with twrp or just .img so I can actually use my phone again ?.
