ROG Phone II Stuck at bootloop, power button not working help?

Hi guys I have updated my phone to the latest firmware. It installed, now stuck in bootloop with red light flashing from the logo on the back..

Tried long pressing power button and it not doing anything. =(

Can someone help? Thanks.

NVM, volume up+down and power button worked..

experienced the same thing, now I'm stuck on boot loading.. I flashed it to the android 9 and still nothing is happening... when on boot loader I select shut down for it to charge.. will try to talk to the seller tomorrow if we can do something about it..
