Rogers Note 2 "Not Registered on Network"

Intermittently, during the day I will get this error, it only happens a few times a day for 10 or 15 min. I have heard of the Ariza patch but I heard this was for the international note 2. I have tried reflashing a bunch of different ROM's, I have checked all my APN Settings, and reflashed Rogers modems, Nothing works. Anyone else seen this problem? It seems to happen when switching from H+ to LTE.
