Thanks very much love my kindle now. Didn't think I would miss google play services.
Downgraded to 13.3.2.8 got 4.5.2 update ready then installed es explorer added root app. Upgraded keeping WiFi off rooted and disabled OTA then used xposed and extra app to get gapps also using Google launcher.

I had 4.5.3, down to 13.3.2.8 and later installed 4.5.2

Now, I have used cve20147911.apk but seems to not work. Example ES File Explorer cannot obtain root acces.

After Installing this update your device will be restored to factory defaults, please backup your data.​

You can downgrade from 13.4.5.3 and earlier version to 13.3.2.8.
From 13.3.2.8 you can upgrade to 13.4.5.2.

Put roolback file into the Internal storage folder of your Kindle.
Swipe down from the top of the screen to open Quick Settings, and then tap Settings. Tap Device, and then tap System Updates. Tap Update.
If Kindle do not find update try to do this with wifi off.

did you turn off wifi? and check that fully file downloaded.

I do every step one by one,4.5.3-->3.2.8-->4.5.2-->root,and every step worked.
But after all this,"Setting"fiction can't work,I think maybe restart can help,so i do it.
And now,my device(HDX7) is stuck on the "Kindle fire" opening word.:crying:

"Kindle"is grey,and "fire"is gold with shining.
Before this,I Delete cve20147911.apk after root.
and I change [/system/priv-app/DeviceSoftwareOTA.apk]and[/system/priv-app/DeviceSoftwareOTAcontract.apk](I'm not sure this is right name,But I remember it's name clude contract)this two file's name to "bbb.ddd" something like this.
Then I found"Setting "fiction is not work,so I restard,and it stuck on the opening word like what i said on the first.
do you think it's because of I change name of "DeviceSoftwareOTAcontract.apk" ,I think now,my device is not a real brick,because when i connect it to my computer,there is a warning tone,and my assistant software on pc can found HDX7 and r/w data.

yes its because renaming DeviceSoftwareOTAcontract.apk
do you familar with adb?
easiest way install apex launcher through adb and block kindle home launcher

adb install path-to-apex/apex.apk
adb shell
pm block com.amazon.kindle.otter

because you cannot su before hard reset (not recommended)
you will boot into os , return name to DeviceOTAContracts.apk
and return kindle launcher

adb shell
pm unblock com.amazon.kindle.otter
reboot
