Hello little late answer because you already fixed it. The ROM is debloated already and extreme debloat removes most LG apps and it should be used only if user wants to use Google app alternatives.


People I have a question - Did you updated to Magisk v14 successfully? Because I'm not sure if I should release and update with updated Magisk.
Also are people having good result with the Xceed latest kernel or older are better? I really don't know what mod to add because I don't have big smali skills and also most apk need to be deodexed and I'm not a big fan of that.

I updated to v14 without any problems through recovery.
Although after dirty flashing 2.5 there is a problem with some apps. For example I cannot send a picture/video directly done in messenger.

Facebook messenger or something else? Maybe a clean flash would fix it who knows.

Yes, Facebook messenger. It kinda looks like a problem with permissions (access to camera).

Great rom. Very fast and light. But don't think that Assertive Display is good idea. I think screen doesn't look good in the sun after this mod. We loose some brightness after this. Can you add in future relase some 3g/4g switche? Will be perfect in menu.

Hello. I haven't use Assertive Display at all but I though I should just add it in aroma. Maybe someone will like it? About 3g/4g switch I don't think I can add it because I think it needs some smali editing and that means deodexed rom. Most of the tweaks like this one may not be hard to do, but most of them need deodexed rom. If I do switch to deodex in future maybe will add some of them, but not for now. Sorry

I don't think so. Not even sure if it's possible. You need to use LG call if you want call record

Really? This is very strange. Did you do a clean install? What is your previous rom? D851 should be working fine, people didn't have such problems.

You can select 3G by going into settings : Networks : More : Mobile networks : Network mode and select WCDMA only.

Edit: Hello. I'm from phone and deleted the old post...
I tried some magisk modules and everything worked fine. Make sure you use modules with the new layout that comes with magisk 14.

- Install QuickMemo from the Update Center and edit Quick Switches available in the notification panel. After adding Capture+ to the list of Quick Switch items to be available upon pulling down notification menu, touch Capture+ and the software to take screenshots should launch.
- For directly booting into recovery menu, install Material Design Xposed Installer by @DVDandroid. Upon launching it and clicking the 3-dot on the upper right side of the screen, you should see a menu item like "Reboot into recovery". Select it to directly reboot into recovery. The official Xposed Installer might have this feature, too, but I can't remember at the moment. Besides, the unofficial Xposed Installer has a few nifty features over the official one, so I recommend it.
