ok, let us know.. i cannot do a clean flash in these days.. :crying:

So I have done the clean flash and can confirm that GearVR does NOT work on a clean install of 14.2. However unlike before when it crashed this time the screen just remains black upon insertion of the phone into the GearVR unit. However I have now flashed the hacker kernel and it appears to be working smoothly. Will need to use it a bit more to see if this is the case.

This happens only on power saving mode .

The thing is that it always happens, with power saver on or off, that's why I asked you, cause I never use power saver, thanks in advance.

Hello. Thank you for your excellent rom @ryan42680. But for me, VoLTE doesn't work. I have changed csc with my carrier (bouygues telecom france, BOG) everything it's ok. But it's doesn't work. My wife have an s6 too but With an "official bouygues rom" and VoLTE works.
For me I have a message "La version acuelle de votre logiciel ne prend pas en charge VoLTE"
Do you have an idea what VoLTE doesn't work?

Right I have tried GearVR out properly. It works perfectly on a clean flash of 14.2, with the only extra thing being you need to flash the Hacker kernel :good:

Ok guys sorry but i can't fulfill your wishes about the white statusbar because it's ported apps, and for me i'm only this problem when "saving mode" is "on", that statusbar icons become white.

For VR you need custom kernel.

Anyone else having problems with touchwiz FCing, been happening to me now that long I've just gotten used to wiping data and cache from the app. It happens when I turn the phone and the orientation of what ever app I'm in changes to landscape, it happens in all apps. I don't know if it's an inherent fault in TW or maybe from an xposed module. It would be good to hear if anyone else had the same issue and found a fix.

I had the same. I was all the time wiping the cache and dalvik cache. Finally I found the cause by exploring the logcats. It is probabbly the xtouchwiz module of @wanam. Try to toggle disable scrolling cache under system settings and restart. Let me know if it worked. Cheers

It´s fully working for me. In dark backgrounds the Icons on Statusbar are white and if the backgrounds turns white (dialer, etc.) the Icons turn black.
Don´t know why or which cobination is gettings those problems to some people...

I am having the same issue on 4 different roms i have tried (including alexis and griffin rom). I have got significant battery drain due to play services and Android os. Did a clean flash. Flashed the bootloader and modem from the first page. Please help..
