I am wondering why there is no MIUI ICS rom with working data where it works on CM9...
I tought data was kernel related, and that the CM9 kernel was the one used for MIUI...

Edit : Oh wait, data doesn't work for CM9 actually, maybe I saw it working for an other device.

If you DONT have a working ROM, than DON'T create a new useless thread.

Beside, there's already a rom with same features and available since couple of weeks.

Admins : please wipe this and disallow user to create threads.

FYI:
1. there are no fully working ICS for ray (only stock beta, maybe)
2. there are only 2 MIUI v4 thread in Ray development forum. mine and iriijo's.
3. iriijo's latest version was 2.2.17, my port 3.2.9. so it wasn't completely the same thread IMO.

I tried your lovely MIUI ROM with FXP111 kernel this afternoon. I was testing out CM9.0 and couldn't resist loading your ROM. The ROM was nice and fast with the fxp111 kernel. I couldn't get GSM data to work (no surprise) and I inserted apns-config.xml into the /system/etc folder as a work around for not being able
to set the APN....but it didn't work for me!

The only other problem I noticed was that the video is really buggy.

what?? you can't connect the data?? how come?
my apn automatically created n i can connect to data, see the screenshot.
about the video, maybe we need to wait 'til fxp fixed it

i don't think so. maybe you can take a look to Lasan's port for LWW.

not sure if it gonna works on your active, maybe need some 'lil adjustment. basically they both have same screen resolution (midp), and Lasan has optimized the apks to work on midp.

I like it! However, I wish it could be smooth as your MIUI rom for 2.3 Is this possible?

And I would love to see the Danish Language, if this is possible. But then again, I know this is your first version of 4.0. So I look forward to your future updates.

I think smoothness is kernel-relative, if someone could port some CM9 kernel, such as Sinkernel here : http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1308849

I tried the ROM. It is pretty and zippy. Lots of things are working...including
the data. The battery drain of the fxp111 kernel is enormous and
I had trouble charging using the USB connection.....5% increase per hour of
charge!

Some stuff that didn't work:
Stock email client
Forward facing camera
Root access was spotty.

ro.build.product should be "urushi" "st18i"
ro.product.device should be "urushi" not "st18i"

there must be error in your build.prop.
what's your last rom?
to fix this you should edit your build.prop in /system. change ro.build.product and ro.product.device to the proper value (urushi)
