After installing this ROM, it stucks at start when MIUI appears. Nothing occur after that.

cool, you use my port as base with no permission nor credit.
just downloaded your french version, all i can see there you just replace these items:

/app folder
/framework folder
/media folder
build.prop (you put your name instead me, but you forgot to replace mixui in the bottom lines, LOL)

well, there are some other files left that still have my name inside as evidence, did you forgot to replace or you can't found them .

anyway i'm ok with that, i won't sue you. but it'd be cool if you put credit on your thread. there are a lot of people spend their time to make it possible, such as FXP, lasan, miui team, miuiandroid, and me of course

very fast rom, but have many problems, my language is german and the half rom is in english. on each start after entering the pin a popup comes and asking again for network unlock, entering the pin again does not work so i have to trigger dismiss button, so then no network...

baseband 70 and tested with 66

EDIT: i just can't found the latest release of MIUI in Spanish, could you point me a link? I've checked to http://miui.es but i can't figure out how to download latest ROM, i need it for the strings

yes, not all apk translated. hope i'll improve in next release.

what other kernel works on this rom?
