Not only is he workign on a kernel, he is also working on a AOSP rom
We hope development picks up after he releases though work is slow

yes it is.
its pretty much the same only this is faster and smoother.

as for the development of android 4.x - its still under construction.

i've flashed this rom successfully, after unlocking the bootloader and rooting the phone.
and it contains the French language, and the Arabic language.

I had seen jetstream with full call support! How you say its not working ??

have you seen anyone using it? or just the phone app on his list?
its half baked. you can turn on some functions regarding the phone - but not actually use it. as far as i can tell, in my two years or so here, no one managed to actually place a call.
the best we got here was sending and receiving SMS msgs.

if you manage to accomplish more - do share it. no else had. ever.

I know probably everyone's moved on, but I am having an issue with this ROM. I just flashed the ROM and when the Play Store tries to update my apps its spits out error RPCS-7 AEC-7. And it seems that my tablet can't connect to Google Servers, G+ is telling me it can't connect to Google's Servers. It's only on this tablet as my account in general is fine on my Droid Turbo. Is there anything I might have missed of may have done wrong? Thanks in advance.
