So you can't flash the light on then flash theOC'd GPU?
I'm not totally sure how that all works. I thought you flashed the kernel then the light on not the other way around. Its not worth the effort at this point. I'm sure they will fix it eventually. I flashed the kernel then the light on and I could only OC to 1400 thats really all I know. I thought everything worked. I will try it again tomorrow. If it breaks something all you have to do is flash the 3G fix again as it also contains the latest kernel.

Remember that light off is stock. It is a small modification in the ramdisk segment of boot image. Right below the CPU clock settings in stingray.rc. just grab the ramdisk from my rom, make the mod, and flash. Soon, charging light will be controlled dynamically anyway. Ill ask solarnz to make flashable zip for it in the meantime.

I'm giving this ROM a test run because I saw it actually has the DSPManager built into it, which I have been wanting to have on my Xoom since launch day. But I am a bit let down because I forgot that DSPManager only goes up to 10dB because it has not been updated in awhile. I have been using the app called Equalizer and it goes up to 15dB, making everything much much nicer and louder than the 10dB max on DSP. Is there a way for somebody to possibly modify or edit DSPManager to output atleast at 15dB? This would totally replace my current equalizer if so. I know I am not the only one who wants built in superior sound output on the Xoom.

DSP has always been superior and now it needs to be beefed up a bit and given some more attention. One of the best parts about DSP was that it was part of the system apps so I never had issues with it shutting down on me. If DSP would make a return with new features I would gladly pay for a premium quality equalizer. Sound output is very important! Thanks!

The color notifications are available as a patch or must we redownload the entire ROM?

Keeps getting better and better!

Also just flashed the newest light on zip from BRD's Tiamat ROM and it worked like a charm just remember to reflash whatever kernal you wish to get OC back

Guys before I smacked I did read just asking to make sure....

I am on Timat ROM having some issues figured i'd give this ROM a go.
I am on US Wifi Xoom

Should I reset from inside honeycomb and then just flash or should I wipe from clockwork and flash?

Cheers.

I am a bit confused now...How do I flash without clockwork!?
You flash it in recovery.

After it boots if you can't install any Apps then you need to factory reset the device in settings/privacy. This will wipe all your Apps but it won't wipe your storage. After it reboots boot back into recovery and flash again.

If you can install Apps then your good to go.

He means you wipe from within settings, you reboot to recovery and flash the zip from your sdcard then wipe from the OS.

edit: as stated above
I asked if I flash it in clockwork you both keep mentioning just recovery. What other recovery is there apart from clockwork?

I come from an EVO and we have two recoveries we can use. So its a habit to just say recovery vs clockwork.
