Stock Deodexed Debloated 5.0.1 LRX22C​

This is the first publicly released Deodexed stock rom for the Shamu. This rom may be used by anyone as a base for their own rom (proper credit given) and allows the ability to make many mods and themes. This rom is unrooted so you will need to flash SuperSU afterwards. The boot image does not enforce encryption so no worries about flashing this. It should also work if you're encrypted.

• Deodexed
• Debloated - Removed most Google Apps that can be installed from the play store
• File based zip instead of block based
• Boot image doesn't force encryption
• The tether hack has NOT been added
• All stock features like Play Movies, Netflix, OK Google from anywhere, etc., work as stock does
• Anyone may use this as a rom base but please give proper credit.

Install Instructions:

1. Make a nandroid backup
2. Wipe
3. Flash rom
4. Flash SuperSU
5. Reboot
6. Allow up to 5 minutes for the first boot

Do you gain any performance advantages by running deodexed on top of being decrypted? I'm on stock 5.0.1 decrypted running franco Kernel r6 and it seems to be running good so I'm wondering if there would be any reason for me to switch other than future mods etc.

It will run a lot snappier. Antutu numbers reflect the difference.

everything was perfect, however after 3/4 days the phone begin FC with apps.
And the point is I didn't installed any apps. (except whatsapp/chase bank)

thank you i am fully unencrypted now. when it comes to custom kernals can i flash any like elementalX and still keep unencrypted status.
