I have same bluetooth problem diconnecting and reconnecting with N9005 with the recommanded BL/BB. I'm heavy BT user and notice that since android 8 i had many issues with it. Most notice is smart lock with bt devices, discovery with paired devices and notifications on smart watch. Version 7.1.2 was the last one without any BT issues.

Try to change the read ahead value to 256kb or 128kb. Not fully fixed my problem but there are lesser freezes than before

Facial unlock???

Yes there is facial unlock , and to my surprise I didn't expect it to work properly but it actually does . It also works if I have put on a spectacle. Doesn't work in low light which isn't an issue as the camera sensors are very old but during day it works like magic , 1sec or 2 and unlock ..

Make sure you have a custom recovery installed(TWRP is the preferred recovery)
Download the latest Resurrection Remix Rom & the latest GApps package
Boot into recovery
Perform a FULL factory wipe and wipe/system and dalvik cache as a precaution
Flash ResurrectionRemix Rom
Flash Google Apps package(Optional)
Flash Magisk Root(Optional)
First boot may take up to 10 minutes.

If you have a major bug to report that has not been reported already, please take the following steps to report it to us. It will save you, Team Resurrection Remix and me quite some time.

Download the MatLog app from the Play Store.
After downloading the MatLog app, go to the app settings, and change the log level to Debug.
Clear all previous logs and take the exact steps to produce the error you are receiving. As soon as you receive the error (probably a force close), go straight into MatLog and stop the log recording.
Copy and paste the entire log either to Hastebin or Pastebin
Save the log, and copy and paste the link into the thread with a brief description of the error.

u must reboot the phone after enabling magsik hide
to avoid lag

Everything abt this rom is really good now but I got couple of things to ask about..
- I'm wondering where the option to turn off the red light blinker when battery is low, has gone? I can't find it anywhere in settings and the only thing I found is to disable all the battery lights (low & charging) altogether....!
- Secondly, why there's no option to disable the extra padding in status bar? Extra padding like these were only designed for curvey screens not for Note 3 so it doesn't make sense...!

Should be there an option to set the screenshot taker. I don't like the asus one, I want to use the system screenshot taker instead, but asus taker is preinstalled in the rom and overrides the system one.
