Anyone having an issue with sound on 3.02? Some apps (tested on Instagram and YouTube) when I lower the volume to minimum, there is still sound coming out. I think the volume changer is not really affecting anything. If I activate caption mode it forces a resync of volume. Didn't happen on previous released.

Even in the version without gapps there is no call recorder? Excuse me if I insist but for me it is a fundamental punishment I use my mobile phone for work and I register the orders of the customers thank you.

No call recorder sorry man!

i just installed this rom and i am also wondering which camera app to use. Why is there no default app?

Thank you in advance!

EDIT:
https://www.cyanogenmods.org/mi-9-se-google-camera-7-0/
atleast the version 7.0 seems to be working pretty well. some things could be broken i guess.

Use burial!

https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/dev-burial/

With Poc´s xml config that you can find on telegram!

There is no prebuilt camera.apk because it is useless.

This rom absolutely fly's! Smoothest I've used so far! I tried 69hz screen OC and it's just beautiful. Unfortunately, this causes reboots.

Please allow for screen OC for MEGA fluidity ?

Hey man! Thanks for your feedback.

I dont use screenoc but as far as I know there are two or three different screen oc files, I think "bliss screen oc" is good to do with this rom.

I think there is no necessity in Screen OC, because:
Unfortunately, this causes reboots.

I've installed Paranoid Android Quartz 4 (vanilla version) with MicroG, and ROM works very well. Vanilla version does not contain some apps - Messaging, Browser, Camera, Calculator. And I think this is great, because you can install apps, which you like. :good:

Thanks for your ROM!

P.S. IMHO Calendar app also can be deleted from Vanilla version...

Just FYI:
The q4 build works fine with latest kowalski kernel.
Some very nice features inside. But the build-in paranpid kernel q4 is similar snappy and with using pixel_schedutil feeling even more fluid.

Hi,
I need to install microg but I cannot get it to work. I tried 3 different ways without success: microg repo on fdroid, flash nanodroid zip, and install magisk microg module.

All self-check checkboxes are ticked, all permissions are ok. I just had to run adb shell pm grant com.android.vending android.permission.FAKE_PACKAGE_SIGNATURE to validate phonesky signature checkbox.

But every GSF dependent app (like whatsapp) is crashing at launch. They weren't crashing without microg.
Also I cannot login at google in microg: it crashes at the "Just a sec... google is connecting" screen after entering my credential.
I used SHRP and installed FW 11.0.2.0 + BB 11.0.3.4 like explained in this thread.

Could you please tell me how you did to make microg work?

We are very excited to announce the release of Paranoid Android Quartz, based on Android 10.

On the first launch, you’ll notice a clean setup with a beautiful wallpaper from Hampus Olsson, who teamed up with us again to create several beautiful pieces of artwork. Hampus is a multi-disciplinary artist whose design stands for itself and we’re glad to have him onboard. We also added further UI touches that we believe enhance the overall user experience. You can find all of the Paranoid Android wallpapers and many more in the Abstruct app, included in our builds.

Our builds are based on the Code Aurora Forum Android base, which is optimized for Qualcomm platforms and has a higher degree of performance, battery life, and functionality compared to the Android Open Source Project platform. The Paranoid Android team and contributors are focusing on squashing existing bugs, and implementing and improving features, performance, and stability. We are dedicated to providing a user experience with the stability that you can expect from stock ROMs with best-in-class performance and features to help you get the most out of your device.

The channel from wich you would normally get updates / the download link doesn't exist any more / has changed the name, but you didn't update the link :/

The telegram channel is no longer accessible, the download link no longer exists and this project is dead?

I'm using 11.0.2 FW the one that is attached in this post. However, today i haven't had any restarts yet...:fingers-crossed:

Looking forward to the new update...:D:D

Yeah, those blobs are acting weirdly, as I sad almost ALL grus roms are getting random reboots.

AOSPA devs are almost on RC phase. That means that "Release Candidate" status is closer.

Excellent news. Is this an official release? Which gapps uses? Since I prefer pico.
    Any bugs?
Thanks again dude, this is great news for our Grus.

Hey, not unofficial but doesn't matter since I will keep it up to date so do not worry :)

It tracks Pixel Experience repo gapps however with Quartz 3 update I will release a vanilla version

    No bugs so far ;)
