yikes.... then I must have missed about TWRP because I have been using TWRP 3.3.0 so far and it has been working till your latest release of ROM. Thanks to your advice, I updated TWRP and latest ROM works with TWRP 3.4.0. If you don't mind my suggestion, it would be good to write a note that latest release will work with TWRP 3.4.0 and better (if they make new version of course). Please keep up a good work :good:

I hope you guys are well. Havoc-OS 4.0 (Android 11) is currently in development. Beta or Stable builds will be released for a few devices in a couple of weeks. Please do not ask for ETA. Havoc 3.12 will be the last update based on Android 10 which will be released after December security patch is merged.

I would also request you guys to avoid texting me in personal chat for queries or support related to Havoc-OS. If you need support or want to request something related to the ROM then you can ask in @Havocofficial or any one of our groups which are made for this purpose.

Maintainer applications are on hold until I release Havoc-OS 4.0 source code.

I have problem with face unlock, just installed this with a clean install with latest twrp. When i first tried tog setup face unlock my face appeared in THE circle but THE face froze. Now it wont appear, only says "Steps: 1 remaining: 1"

How is the touch-screen performance?

What about hdmi. I cant get sound from mobile to tv. It only play sound onmy mobile. Never had this problem. Only with this havoc rom. I have a galaxy s8+. Does someone know how to fix this.

Open Camera (Make sure your face is centered)
Then open face unlock let enrollment finish it will works
Its just a ui bug

Hi All,
Yesterday i was trying to install Havoc after Lineage OS.
I did the install steps mentiond in first post before installing Havoc, installation went fine.
But the system did not boot, why?
It stuck on bootscreen and i waited over 30min after that i turned off the device and came back to Lineage.
Any ideas why did it not boot?
I had the same story with PE rom and also came back to Lineage.
Suggest something.

Performance looks amazing, do you have any special settings like faster animations in dev settings?

Unfortunately my F1 is one of the earliest ones, with the "bad" touch panel, but I will give it a try with a custom kernel.

Nope, everything related to animations is stock havoc and also i just flashed the kernel and adjusted nothing. But i guess it's what you already stated that there are different panels used

Flashed the kernel yesterday, overall performance feels snapier, but same touch response.
No special settings either, battery life seems pretty much the same so far, but too early to confirm any significant improvement or not.

It is sad to hear that this is the last update for Android 10. Still, thank you REIGN23 for making this great ROM. Thumbs up for you bro

I´ve been using this ROM since last year, but the last 3 months I´ve noticed a downgrade in performance, sometimes I can feel the phone is having lag for a fraction of a second in some actions, like opening the GBoard to start typing, rotating the screen, opening settings app or changing apps with multitasking.
I just ran Geekbench 5 to check it´s score, and the performance has degraded a lot, from 2166 (multi-core) down to 1288.

Any ideas? I´ve heard Xiaomi has been releasing MIUI updates to slow down performance on our Poco F1, it´s not a new thing for a phone company, it´s also a very brave accusation but benchmarks are all there, numbers do not lie. But since I´m using this amazing custom ROM I don´t know if some of this is possible, we are not using MIUI any more.

Any ideas?

I've been dirty flashing + wipe cache/dalvik every update, it works fine.
