Is a clean flash necessary? Or can I dirty flash this over the April build?

Does anyone know how I can tone down the memory management abit? It's really aggressive
If I switch away from an application for like 10 seconds the app is cleared from memory right away and I have to re-open it

Anyone else having bootloop after the last update? I've tried the dirty update from 2020 04 16 -> 2020 05 24 but ended up in rebooting to TRWP after one failed boot try.
After this i've tried doing a clean install by wiping Cache/Dalvik, System, Vendor, Data and installing the lastest image, but still doesn't want to boot. Any ideea what else i should try?

Me too yesterday gave bootloop (clean flash)
* I flashed rom, magisk and no_verity (my device is decrypted) and bootloop!!
Then I flashed only Rom, and returned to recovery then falshed no_verity (device decrypted)
Then after the initial setup I flashed magisk.
Therefore for non-decrypted devices I think it is better to flash only the rom .... do all the initial setup and then flash magisk and the rest.

Eye that by default is set to gesture navigation not with physical buttons

P.S I am using the twrp recovery of mauronofrio

Had the same problem, could fix it by setting up another apn in apn settings and then switch back to the old correct one...

Otherwise no bugs or problems after a day of using the latest build, it's awesome - thanks a lot ?

Still getting the mic not working issue on this new update. Disabled the OK Google Hotword but it's a useful feature especially when driving so could you implement a permanent fix in the next update please.

From what I've understood, it's a general Android 10 issue, not specific to this rom. Don't expect a bugfix soon on this one.

I've lost the settings again. When I try to set again the default one, I got now an error message saying basically permission issue, related to my user, which is weird because I'm the only user.

- Updated GCam to Nikita V1.6-fix
- Switched back to CarrierSettings from Pixel 4 XL (attempted to fix some sim related issues)

Note:
- Firmware and DotFix are already included
- It's not recommended to flash any third-party kernel since the stock kernel is the most optimized for PE
- DC Dimming will stop working if you flash any third-party kernel unless they have support for it

DC-Dimming uninstaller: Google Drive
- For those who have problem with DC Dimming, flash it as a boot image
