hi, after the last october update i've noticed that netflix can't play content showing error 5.7 which is generally caused by root. My device isn't rooted so i can't understand why it happens.
Hey I'm new here in davinci
Anyone suggest me a good stable rom with fluid animations no customisation needed just a fluid experience and battery friendly ROM
Picsel inexperience is a great rom. It's end of life now, but it's super stable, runs very smooth, has very good battery, and a few nice tweeks and customisations. It's a custom version of Pixel Experience.
It won't receive updates anymore, so you maybe want to search something else, but I'm still using it, and it's amazing. So that's a prefect rom for you. (It's android 10)

It is indeed smoothest and somewhat stable (Ray's is more stable imo), but how are you getting good battery? Its draining a lot for me even with no apps, that is if I use AOD (which i need to use); its like 2% drain/hour in Airplane mode with no apps installed (AOD enabled)
I had ran it on 12.0.5.0 fw with vantom 201005 spam edition.
I used official PE+ half a year ago, and it was a good rom, but I sometimes I had some random crashes (could also be my fault, doesn't mean that the rom is bad).
But one day my camera didn't retreat, I made a factory reset, but it still didn't work.
So I flashed picsel and it worked again. It also seemed smoother for me. But I haven't used official since about 6 months now, so a lot could have changed.

For the battery, I'm not using AOD. Im getting max 8-9 hours of screen on time, minimum 5-6. Overnight with airplane mode it looses 1% for 8 hours of sleep.
There is a big battery drain when you reboot the phone, but when you don't shut it down overnight, battery is amazing.

The screenshot is from a day when I was hiking, i heard a lot of music with bluetooth headphones, had mobile data turned on the whole day, and watched a bunch of youtube in the evening. I charged the phone the evening before, and i didn't charged it the whole day, so I'm pretty happy with the battery...
https://www.apkmirror.com/apk/googl...n-components-2020-10-01-android-apk-download/I have an issue in "Security">"Google play system update", its showing that it needs update and its on "1 September 2019" update, but if i try to update it it shows that im up-to-date.
Flash the last stable firmware before the rom... Not beta firmware... I did the same errorjust had a clean install of pixel experience the latest 10/31/2020. soon after downloading software, it seems all the video playbacks are not working right. It's laggy and without sound. It includes youtube video and instagram TV, netflix, etc. anything with video doesn't play right. Any idea what's happening?
I switched from the latest xiaomi.eu 12 which is now android 11, and thus I assumed that I have the latest drivers. I also tried the plus edition to no avail.
No rooting. I tried another clean install (install ROM, data format by TWRP), only logged into google after boot, downloaded youtube, and problem persists. Please advise. Thanks.
Installation steps:Some instructions on how to flash this will be great, because most of us are still on android 9.
