I had trouble with the official android 10 update for the Oneplus 5T. After waiting ages for them to fix it, I finally decided to go with a custom rom. I chose Derpfest and everything looks good so far. :good:

Btw, the download links in the first post don't go to the correct zips.

This rom will NOT* ever have face unlock.
Dont worry about face unlock bro. This rom is good and stable u can try this for a while. Then u can change to bare or any other face unlock supporting rom and try that for a while n come back to this when u want to.

U have a lot of roms available with different features and customisation. My take is do a round about to all roms u will enjoy.

No single rom is bad for 5t as of now. Each one is unique and has its own special stuffs.

TRYING EACH ROM FOR 5T IS WORTH AF

Hey guys,

I love to try this rom. But I am pretty confused
I read the instructions, but I would like to make it clear.

1. Wipe everything including internal storage
2. Flash firmware for 5t A10
2. Flash rom
3. Flash magisk

Reboot

My question is
I am coming from OOS A10 with decrypted.

Do I still need to wipe internal storage?
Can I flash no verity to get it decrypted?
And I have this Blue spark recovery, is it mandatory to go back to codeworxx?

Thanks
Sorry for being noob

1. Coming from OOS 10, you shouldn't have to flash the firmware. However, format the Data partition (where you have to type "yes"). This will erase EVERYTHING including internal storage.

2. Wipe all partitions.

3. Copy ROM to phone and flash. (Blu_spark TWRP is fine.)

4. Flash Magisk

5. Flash NoVerity to remain decrypted.

I did like you said but I went to complete bootloop.
Boot loop after Boot loop.

It didn't Boot into system .

I reverted back to OOS A10.

Any idea what happened ?
