Can anyone help me? I can't seem to get Wifi Calling to work. I enabled it my carrier (Congstar - Germany) supports it. But when i try to call without mobile signal but with connected wifi google dialer says: Mobile network is not available. Connect to a wireless network to make a call.

Hi, so after updating over the air to the latest update I got stuck in a boot loop. This is fixed now after a wipe.
Now I'm having a problem where I cannot enter the APN settings for my carrier. So obviously no data. The app keeps crashing when I try to fill in the first line (name). Has anyone got any ideas? Thanks!

Hi, I am already on OOS 10.0.1 and i wanted to flash the latest build. Will that be okay or do i need to downgrade?

You can do the following:
- Firmware FILE (not complete os): 10.0.1 works fine for me with this great rom: https://sourceforge.net/projects/crdroid/files/dumpling/6.x/firmware/ (Thanks to Neobuddy89)
- ROM
- Gapps (opengapps, nikgapps, see what suits you best)
- Reboot and setup a bit
- Reboot to recovery and flash magisk (if wanted)

First Time Installation:
Backup before you begin
Remove PIN protection and then reboot to TWRP recovery
Wipe Data under Advanced (Do not use Format Data - which erases internal memory)
Wipe System and Cache under Advanced
Flash required firmware
Flash ROM + Gapps
Reboot and profit!
Update Installation:
Backup before you begin
Remove PIN protection and then reboot to TWRP recovery
Flash required firmware if new one available
Flash ROM + Gapps

Hi, i am having problems with file downloading on any browser, suspect it has something to do with the download manager. Any ideas?
So, I just flashed the most recent build (I've been running aicp for more than 6 months without any problems, until now), and Google and Google Play Services get stuck in a crashing loop. Reverting back to an older build also doesn't solve the problem. I've already wiped cache, deleted cache for the apps, but no success yet. Does anybody have an idea?

Hello author, can you update NFC? I can't recharge in the air all the time. Other ROMs are OK. You can't do it after brushing a few ROMs. You don't want to change others
so i was previously on derpfest and it was ok but found out that this rom was available ( just got a 5t). so i gave it a go its a major headache. the google play services wont update and is stuck on 1973, after many formats i got it working (but the issue is if i get google play updates updated i lose mobile data, did one more format but downloaded it using my phone vs off the desktop gapps nano). so now there is another issue i cant call anyone but i have mobile data working and receive messages. any ideas on what to do i find android 10 ( stock oos) more stable then android 11 and thought a android 10 rom will be the same but so far its just a headache
This rom has many problems with google play in general since a few months ago, I would suggest staying on oos if you want stability as currently there is no android 11 stable rom
is there any oss rom thats custom? like i remember when i has a note 2 and ran aicp so i was very eager to come back haha is there a rom you would suggest?
Nezuko is the most complete and is android 11, but you would need to flash lazy kernel after so you don't get black screen randomly, and with lazy kernel you get random charging light colors and/or on/off states. Or on android 10 there is always lineage os
so nezuko is the best whats on/off states? and random charging light what does that mean? and arnt most of these roms based of lineage? i want customization ( im coming from a oppo find x2 pro)

Most if not all android 11 roms are not lineage os based, lineage barely started with android 11 on any phone
oh yeah i found a donwload link from the telagram group downloaded it seems good also trying crdroid as they just had an update. will compare but so far with the rom everything worked im pretty sure crdroid just has more customization and i love custom stuff hahah

Android Ice Cold Project
AICP is known by everyone as the "Ice Cold Project" that started on a Desire HD years ago (2012) and since then has evolved into a mature ROM with the BEST community that you can find!!!
Until Android Lollipop, the ROM has always been based on AOKP. Unfortunately, since AOKP stopped development (but made a comeback later), we changed our base to CM.
With the re-brand of CM to LineageOS (LOS) we became LineageOS based with some tweaks from AOSP and then changed to be based on the "Ground Zero Open Source Project" (GZOSP) for Android Pie.
We changed again for Android Q with a base of AOSP repositories and some additions from LineageOS for device specific repositories.
If there are any bugs, either we will sort them out, if it concerns our code base. This ROM isn't LineageOS supported, so there is no need to report errors/bugs to them!!

FAQ:
The ROM should contain everything you need to enjoy Android Q. You don't need to install any Add-ons, simply download the latest ROM and GApps, then follow the flashing instructions and go!
If you want the device to run the ROM "rooted", you can flash a root solution of your choice after the ROM Zipfile.
It is STRONGLY recommended to fully wipe your device before flashing and please avoid restoring system apps and system data with Titanium Backup (or with any backup/restore app) as this can cause stability issues that are very hard to debug, restoring regular apps is fine though.
If you believe you know what you're doing - then fine, go ahead, but please don't complain if you experience any strange behavior.
How to flash for the first time:
(Again: Don't do it if you don't know!)
NOTE:
WE ARE ENCRYPTED (FILE BASED FORCED ENCRYPTION). So if you are unencrypted format data partition or use any no_verity solution you want. We don't support it.
1. Download the ROM and GApps and transfer them to your device.
2. Boot to recovery (TWRP recommended). Bluspark twrp recovery recommended.
3. Wipe the System, Cache, and Data (you might need to format the data partition in some cases!).
4. Flash firmware. Actual one is 10.0.0-H1. Download.
5. Flash the ROM Zipfile.
6. Reboot to TWRP recovery.
7. Flash the GApps (optional, needed for e.g. Google Playstore to work) and Magisk (optional too if you want a root solution).
8. Reboot and set up your device.
Currently supported Root Solution:
Magisk stable
Magisk versions >= 20.3 don't usually need to be flashed on every dirty flash.
PREREQUISITE FOR OTA ("Over-The-Air" Updates):
TWRP recovery is needed to be able to flash using the built-in OTA app.
Please make sure that you are on the latest TWRP recovery, keep in mind that this could also be an unofficial version!
On encrypted devices you will have to enter your PIN/password in TWRP before the process starts.

I wrote this post in the thread for your sister device cheeseburger and felt I need to post it here too and explain some things.
The team spend a lot of time and effort to bring up some changes.
So i thought I'll let you know:
a) button inversion is solved, yes. Our fault, as we forgot to pack something back in after a revert.
b) ROM will switch to DUI hardware button support (away from Lineage). I will write a few words further down here...
c) OOS vendor is forked to push some vendor files in to solve front camera issues for now on WhatsApp, Skype, Instagram, etc...
d) volume panel background color on Dark theme is now displayed correctly.
About the buttons:
- Hardware button settings are centralized in AICP Extras now.
- Buttons are freely configurable with functions like on DU smartbar for on-screen navigation.
- WIP: re-add button lighting and connection to the screen brightness.
- Adaption of the Powermenu settings (in Hardware buttons)
- Possibility to turn hardware buttons OFF completely.
- Moving settings for the Alert-Slider from Settings Lineage to AICP Extras ( So it hopefully will not look that cluttered anymore).
So, as it is a Work-In-Progress, we had to revert some features that might be back in later, as they were kinda linked to Lineage buttons (e.g. Accidental touch, etc.).
And we hope that this works now fine for everyone regarding wanted features and questions...

This means for dumpling a few changes too (apart from c) and d) )...
in short:
- Hardware buttons on device (namely functions for volume keys and Alert slider) can now be found in AICP Extras hardware buttons and not Settings/System anymore.
- This does not effect Gestures, they will stil be in Settings/System
- You will lose some functionality on AOSP navbar for now (if you are using it). I still advise to switch to Smartbar or Fling in AICP Extras...
- This means some features like Pixel animation on Standard Navbar will be gone at the moment, but it should "work" better.
We hope that will not cause some new irritations or issues. But feel free to post, if you encounter something "strange".
