[ROM][10.0][EOL] Evolution X v4.6 for Mi 9 Lite[pyxis][OFFICIAL]

Hello.
I would like to move from MIUI to this ROM but I would like to be sure that everything works fine.
Are there any known issues with this ROM?

Clean install i tried, but in this rom and resurrection, i can not pass setup section. I see rom logo, i select language, and then turn back evolution logo... Clean install, same result. Resurrection rom same issue... I used evo 4.4 and there were no issue like that. After two our i turn back mi-globe again. I read this thread and resurrection section, there is no bug report like that. I make a mistake but i dont know. Any idea?

I tryed for the second time the room, but i get back to masik.
Why i made this choise:
1. Double tap to sleep works only on the statusbar;
2. Aod is better than miui, more info, like music tracks, very customisable, BUT it doesn't move and can burn the pixels. So i think is unusable and dangerous;
3. Fingerprint very fast, but i tryed only a few hours. The problem is if you can't use Aod, you have to turn on the screen with the button or double tap, and then use fod.
The other things are ok, and the rom is fast.

So I finally got around to install this ROM. However, I get no haptic feedback when typing even though I turned it on. Any way to fix this?
EDIT: Got it working by turning off pressing sound, although the vibration is very weak. Any way to increase the strength?

There is a function that I dont know the name, just wondering if I can disable it?
When the mobile connected to a wifi without internet access, the ROM will reckon no internet, then will disable wifi, make all traffic go thro 4G data.
But my work need to access lot of no internet wifi, this function is really annoying, how can I disable it?

If I'm not mistaken, in the developer options you'll find a option called "mobile network always on". Disable it and it should fix your issue.
I made a clean install after MIUI 12.0.3 Global. Everything (except the list) seems working.
First of all I appreciate the good work and thanks for all the customization options.
Some of the settings menu items are duplicate; specially the ones copied under "the evolver" menu. It's confusing but I understand that.
I use AOD on and with this setting "raise to wake" seems not to work.
Double tap seems not to work at first but the second time it works (with AOD on, it's on all the time for me).
My second so called "problem" is with the navigation bar. I don't know if it supposed to do that but when I do it invisible, "back" gesture from the sides of the screen doesn't work. It's still "gesture navigation" chosen under the "system navigation" menu. The reason I hide it, is that it makes an area under most of the apps total waste as in the attached picture.
Please notify me if it shouldn't suppose to do that.
as a request it will be great if we have the option to add flashlight to lock screen shortcuts (I couldn't see it on the options list).
another one: I can not turn flash off on stock camera app. tapping or press&hold doesn't do anything on the button.

+on MIUI 12 I had performance issues with android auto, when phone was connected to car I almost couldn't use the phone at hand; it was too laggy. Now with this ROM I understand that it wasn't a performance issue but an optimization problem. With evolution x I can use android auto connected to car and at hand at the same time without a problem. great!
+Also I use mi band and bluetooth connectivity is without a problem.
+Hotspot works flawlessly.
-I couldn't find the way to adjust row and column count of the launcher on the settings. I also couldn't use alternative icon themes.

Have some good news, Evolution X based on A11 on pyxis, currently in testing phase. This means that all focus will be on Evolution X v5.0 so 4.x will no longer be updated so I will add EOL tag on the thread. Thanks everyone for the support and wait for new version to be out

Will there be an EvolutionX rom on android 11 finally released? Because I'm slowly losing hope and I'm starting to look for another rom

As you all know I am developing for pyxis since February but released my first ROM built for pyxis around March/April since we didn't have a proper kernel source (huge thanks to nysa for making the kernel). Now it's June, currently maintaining Evolution X and DerpFest officially for pyxis while making a kernel for it as well.
The reason of this post is to announce the start of the crowdfund so I can get pyxis. The price is around 230€ (ofc I will also tip in) in Greece for a second hand device. Why would I buy a second hand device you might say? Well it's obviously cause I can get the device ASAP while not paying 290-300 to get it brand new from a store/Chinese website and wait for weeks or months (Greek posts tend to be slow AF). After I get the device I can start working on selinux enforcing bring up for those that want the extra spicy security, and also try to bring up the device sources and build Android R for pyxis as well. The most important reason of the crowdfund is the time I waste on uploading test builds/waiting for the testers feedback which delays the development for pyxis and my main device dipper. I also want to take this opportunity to thank everyone for their support so far, both users and developers who have helped me a lot since I started working for pyxis. Just to flex, I also have the Pro tag on GitHub and I am a recognized developer on XDA as well ?.
