[MODULE] [TESTED] hotspot and low volume on calls/no audio on calls fix for AOSP based roms

I AM NOT THE DEVELOPER OF THIS MODULE!!! Flash in magisk. Tested by me on Redmi 9C NFC running LineageOS 18.1 unified. Audio on calls works normal. Hotspot also works great. I don't know about other roms, feel free to test and let me know...

My 9A Dandelion experiences Low speaker volume always, and occasionally can't terminate calls.
Just 2-flaws in an otherwise Xcellent ROM!
Hotspot is working perfectly.

Qs 1. Should I flash FIX+Volume+Low+&+Hotspot++Garden+Magisk.zip?
Qs 2. Can Magisk v23 flash it?
Qs 3. If this Fix doesn't work, how can it be "unflashed" (removed)?
