Question about SELinux mode

Could you please explain me the implications of having SELinux in Permissive mode like in this ROM? I don't understand it very well but isn't it a security flaw? Are you OK with it?

Please consider I really don't have enough knowledge about it and every source of information I read don't explain it well.

Thank you!

Is this rom is the best stable available Android 10 rom for mi 9 se ? Should I use a specific kernal before flashing this rom or is it ok to flash it directly? How is the battery consumption ?

For me it's the best I tried so far. The Kernel comes with the ROM and I see no reason to change it. Battery is fine.

You only need to install this GCam to take advantage of all three built in cameras: https://www.celsoazevedo.com/files/android/google-camera/f/changelog980/
After you install the GCam you need to install the Config File Burial8.1_Mark_V2_Mi9SE.xml you find here: https://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=81640325&postcount=353

Do you have the slow motion option with this GCam? I think it's missing :/

Hi. I would advise you to join the Telegram Group chat. People there are quite active and you can directly contact the developer. Sorry for the inconvenience.
So I don't understand the purpose of this forum... isn't it the right place to ask such questions? Moreover, wasn't the ROM developer the person who started this thread? Doesn't he read it?

If I'm being honest it's a bit weird, I know. But on the other hand, I usually get much better and faster assistance when I ask questions in the Telegram channel. I still like to have the ROM threads in XDA, just to show newcomers the development the phone has so it doesn't stay completely hidden from users, a good display of what is being done, then contact via the respective Telegram chat for help.

A word from the dev. Guys, sorry for inconvenience but I'm not a frequent visitor on XDA these days. After they switched to Cloudflare the site became virtually unusable in my region being very slow and unable to open at all half the time. Really painful experience. So for all the questions and updates it's better to use telegram group at the moment.
