Go to use device developer option and find below items...

And select the red round option.change the default option according your need.. then reconnect your device.tnx

Vendor v12.0.3.0 has this issues install vendor v12.0.1.0 to avoid it..

Can u give me more details about it, there's other ROM with that serie (EEA, Russia,..) , cuz record bug appears in every custom ROM I tried.

Install eea 12.0.1.0 if you are in eea rom..if you are use global then use global v12.0.1.0..

I think if you flash miui 12.0.1.0 before flashing rom, recording works, I tried ppui and the only issue I faced was lag, in start it was seldom and for short moment but after sometime it got often and longer lags sometimes had to force reboot. I guess because of ram mismanagement.
