Preffered recovery to flash? I'm on orangefox 9.

I think orange fox is the best recovery till now, no encryption issues, no internal storage mounting error... Its quite stable.

Forget chimera, it has heating issue and power hungry as well.. I had tested before.. But performance was top notch..

try yuka kernel. chimera not that good about bb. but u should downclock it yuka is 1.8 ghz

Thanks a lot for your appreciation.. This is initial build so bugs can be found here and there.. These are all PE source related bugs which handled by Henry sir..

I can share some more bugs, like videos with chrome browser doesn't work properly(not YouTube, you can use different browser), on YouTube app 720p 50/60fps videos lags etc etc..

so it had the same bug like pe aosp??
i am currently using that rom. it had bug like lockscreen sometime difficult to unlock and sometime it suddenly goes to lockscreen. and sometime it freeze rencent menu

Basically, it's same ROM.. You can think this is PE-CAF and official one PE-AOSP.. That's it..

According to your choice, I have tried to build JasperKernel but looks like it's too old.. I need to update it's internal files.. If I do this then old essence of JasperKernel will be gone.. Bcs I don't know what files are necessary to produce his essence.. So I'm dropping your idea for building JasperKernel with PR10..

So still I'm searching for a good kernel.. And anyone can guide me if he knows about a good kernel.. You can tell me a ROM as well which has good kernel so that I can clone their kernel from their Git..

Yuka kernel is good in battery backup as long as you underclock big cores to 1.34 GHz and leave little cores to 1.2 GHz with interactive CPU governor and hotpluging activated

If I underclock it, then performance is similar to Reloaded kernel.. Tested so forget yuka.. What about aosip kernel??

How about perf+ kernel from miui? It has both performance and battery backup. Can u port it to our roms?

I don't know porting stuffs.. And it's defconfig file is already present in our kernel source.. And perf+ is good with miui.. MiUi has built in battery saving features which aren't present in AOSP/CAF..

So if someone ports it for us still there is no confirmation about performance and BB..

Looks like right now most kernels are same.. Seems I have to drop this "changing kernel" concept as well..

Most custom kernels are similar bro. If u want performance then u should lose out on battery. If u want battery then performance is limited. There's no balanced kernel as of now. I don't know about kernels that come with roms. But this is my experience with custom kernels

Regular phone mic is working fine bro. When I connect earphones, the mic on earphones is not working. I think it's the issue of PE source as I asked some people on telegram using PE 10 and they even said that they have this issue. Just check once. And if possible then fix it bro. Thanks

I can reproduce this mic issue by connecting earphones and playing pubg, making whatsapp video calls using earphones (it's not immediate but after a few minutes the call gets disconnected saying that there's an issue with mic) and I also found that audio recorder doesn't find audio when I connect earphones. Try these and check if u can reproduce this issue bro. Thanks

1. Merged latest CAF branch (CAF still has September Security Patch)
2. Added all latest PE10 development
3. Kernel base changed to Reloaded
4. Kernel merged with latest CAF tag
5. Idle battery drain completely fixed
6. BB improved little bit
7. Performance improved
8. Wrong Build-ID changed
9. 720p 50/60 fps lags fixed by Henry sir
10. Lots of internal system level changes made by Henry sir

1. Still no GCam as default camera app (Can be installed through normal APK)
2. SELinux permissive (No problem with Paytm, tested)
3. Not tested but I think video call isn't working
4. Android setup wizard can be crashed at first time (Forced restart solves it)
5. Still chrome showing colourful boxes when watching videos other than YouTube
